Purchased a towel n bottle off them. Found it very cheap & useless. Unsure whether to get this or not

Most of the comments say it's pretty good quality.

I'd hazard a guess they'll be alittle bit better than the gym bag and bottle

I'm off to pick mine up in the morning, I'll let you know how it is!

I tell a lie ... heh ... a couple of comments say it's poor quality, and the rest say it's a great item (not mentioning the quality).

Make of that what you will.

I can't see this being much good tbh. Maximuscle overprice everything!

How does this work, do you drag it behind a rowing or running machine?

You can do a lot of exercises where you sort of swing the bag around. Helps strengthen your core muscles.

A bag of sand @ £17.99 is a deal?

Really?

More than just a bag, a normal bag has just two handles this has several and is a functional piece of exercise equipment. Couch potatoes would have no need for it though

They could sit on it, I suppose.

or they could use it as really sturdy round pillow.

good deal i posted previous deal when it was 19.99 and have been using it since, after every powerlifting session this has been great conditoning tool and my explosiveness as almost doubled since using sandbag training and now i can hold my breath for 3 reps as opposed to 1 whilst squatting heavy. recommend to anyone who fancy to improve the heart rate and conditiong, incorporate this in their training regimen and see the results for urself.

From a bodybuilders point of view NOT the kind of shaped weight you want to train with unless you want a bad back.

I don't think my osteopath would approve of this

They would hate anything which doesn't make them money. Especially they tend to take great interest in weak spots. One way to make them unhappy is to make your core stronger..

great!!! cheers!!

This might seem like a silly question...... Does it come with sand in the bag or do you have to purchase that separately?

Or some would even probably try to eat it.

Prefilled to the stated weight

Rather light... You'd get used to it quickly.
If it was 50kg then is snap it up.

Picked mine up today. Seems decent enough for £17.99.

I would have prefer double stiching but it will suffice. There's loads of different handles on it which makes for a great variety of exercise!

I'd give it a shot.
