Nope. A bag of Sand is a grand.

how big is your friend?

Great price though no stock near me.

as usual it is probably only available in one store in the whole of the UK

Just wait for the winter floods and pick one up for free! oO

And what, buy a duffel bag to put it all in? Which will probably set you back over £20?

Sure, then watch as the sand leaks out all over you.

I don't think people understand how these are used.

It's like saying "Cast iron plates? It's cheaper to buy iron ingots!"

Heat by the way. Fantastic price for those who care about not inflicting severe back injuries on themselves for the sake of a few quid.

Watch out if your friend asks you how tall you are, what you weigh and invites you round for a drink this evening (_;)

Never used one before, I don't know what sort of weight I would be looking at. I've got free weights but I suspect that wouldn't help me judge

cheaper than throwing the misses around

What would you use this for? I know that's a silly question, but only just getting into getting fit!

25kg sand bag less than £2 at your local builders merchant

I picked one up locally this time so thanks op. No stock locally when this was posted a few weeks ago! I have the 10kg one as well and there's a good guide on how to use them on menshealth.co.uk/wor…que

20 kg was the largest bag in the class I did this week. Guess it depends how big you are.

Please see post #15.

Been this price for a while, but not been able to bag one.
I have the 10kg bag - that is a bit tame - but pimped it by removing the padding. That allows for another 10kg of sand to be added. Doesn't sound much when you think of free weights, but you have to take into account the range of movements you can include.

Just got one reserved in Glasgow, thank you!

According to ****.co.uk hardly anywhere has stock

Yes unless your a Silverback Gorilla!

OOS all over for me but a great buy if you can get one.

Are these easy to fill with sand? Never had one of these before but like the idea.

Considering it only takes 20kg of sand to fill it, it could be Verne Troyer! oO
