I think this is their normal price but i've not had that issue of them leaking. Fantastic quality.

Yer they still mint for the price and how many you get. But most of the big ones leak. The mother in law got them and she said they leaked too.
Same deal in Asda - £5 (looks to be the same set, same overall colour range for lids but diff colours on large and small)
"dishwasher safe"
"hand wash"
Poor reviews of what looks like the same product in ASDA - say the containers are not particularly microwaveable nor freeze-safe.

Worth a pint? £5?

You have expensive taste in beer.

Hmmm if I buy these...what will I do with my cupboard full of takeaway boxes???
Good deal for a fiver! Even if they leak I found plastic bags and rubber bands are useful.

Thanks

I agree with Morty. However risk is there especially when heating up. Not when storing cold food. This is the first link I came across.

Whilst it is not definite, the risk is there. I rather go with safe approach and always transfer my food to ceramic bowls/plates.
I only regret reading about it not so long ago. Feel guilty now for all the time I was microwaving baby food in plastic

I have the Asda ones and have frozen them and microwaved them with no issues (albeit I've only being using them a couple of weeks)
