    I just set up a new account with them, and everything went smootly, then i went and forgot to add the discount code like the clot i am, so had to cancel it via phone, which they assume me did not go through even though it says pending on my account, we will see...anyway did it a second time and added discount code, and bang......pre order XBX, £363, and my trade price for my present xbox slim is for £130 cash at this moment.....so XBX for £233 which if you waited for would take say a year or two to get near that price level, not bad at all.     Man, their trustpilot rating is awful. There's even a Facebook group regarding their poor customer service. I was almost tempted until I read all that.

    Microsoft need to show me a new UI first, the Xbox One is horrible right now. I also want exclusives, the PS4 and Switch have a ton, but Halo, Forza and Gears are so long in the tooth now... I have a PC for Multiplatform, so they need new exclusives. (edited)

    Yeah that's why it's good even if you waited 4-5 months it isn't going to drop by £90. Credit account aside as long as you pay in full, won't have any issues

    I really wouldn't worry about it, The console without the code is RRP and if they reduce it to 10% off it's still cheaper than most places, It's a gamble to save a bit of money, You're going to have a credit search done as well and that will be recorded on your credit file.

    The bnpl might actually help some people, providing you pay it off before it expires there's no interest. Spread the payments etc... Other retailers you would have to pay the full amount.

    I pre-ordered the Scorpio edition from very with 20% off a few weeks back. It's confirmed, hasn't been cancelled yet. (edited)

    Tried to checkout online, discount code not working.
    Called them to complete the purchase, and they were adamant that it is only a 10% deal.
    Argued that Xbox One X is NOT listed under electricals, but under Gaming and DVD. They argued that it IS an electrical item though.
    I explained that a flymo is an electrical item but that isn't in the electricals section either. Didn't matter - discount NOT working for me.
    Good luck trying to get this deal!!!

    Cancelled the order and removed all my details from their system.

    Mine didn't arrive on the 7th but RM tried today but i couldn't stay home. Spoke to very about it and they were less than useless. Will need to pick up from the post office parcel office when i get a chance later in the week as its only open till mid day. still it was a good deal.

    What does you credit amount show ie you have £750 and you have xxx amount left. As mine shows the payment in full for both items. What type of card did you use to pay?

    And did you get an email receipt for payment?

    I would just get on chat and make sure they have received your payments and if they say yes. Make them send you a receipt via email for any payment. I did also notice before from your first screen shot your not set to receive paper bills, I'd switch that to make sure you receive them. That way if you do ever owe anything you are warmed weeks before payment is due.

    Great deal, though I think you do have to consider this is only available if you set up a credit account with them, you can't just pay with card, paypal etc like you can on most other retailers so not 100% like for like. Still for anyone wanting it for launch this is definitely the cheapest way to do it....

    I did the same thing. I was looking for the apply code section and flipping missed it.

    You can cancel online. Under my orders and cancel order.

    I re ordered using the code this time
