It's only a TN panel but it still gets 5 stars.

3 years pick up and return/replace warranty

2ms response time. HDMI input and seems to comply with every certificate out there e.g TC03 and ISO-2.

never heard of the store... any advice?

The store has been around for a while, although I've never purchased from them so can't really say.

Make a crackin little system with a mac mini for people who can't quite afford a 24" iMac, voted hot

It stretches the 1080 lines of game consoles and HDMI players (without even mentioning sharpness)
But i like the fact that it support Pivot.

It should do the job fine if you are looking for a gaming monitor.

However, i think this look a batter panel but without pivotable stand.

Not a bad monitor - mine arrived yesterday. It does suffer the faults of a TN panel but the stand is decent quality and the speakers are acceptable for radio. It also seems to go fairly dim if you have trouble with the brightness of other screens.

If the Yuraku's build quality puts you off as it did for me then this seems like a the obvious second choice if you don't want to spend £350+
