this hot from me...

Fair price, but it's Saverstore! Unless they've changed their ways I'd stay well clear.

I boiught one of these a few weeks ago from another seller for £133. Fantastic monitor.

good price very good price .

Total: £125.90 inc delivery..

Great price but I believe that previous posters on here have criticised it for colour distribution and 'bleeding' at the edges. For £117 though, it's hard to complain.

who did you buy from?

I got one of these from scan a few weeks ago for £120 delivered (on today only). Amazing monitor for the price, i'd definitely recommend it.

Could a netbook with GMA950 run one of these through VGA????

I would love to buy one of these, but the reviews on saverstore are putting me off, anyone know of similar?

ashfp asked me "who did you buy from?"#

I got it from Microdirect microdirect.co.uk/Hom…796

Fast delivery and I am really pleased with it

£128 at scan if people don't want to use Saverstore.

Have just ordered one

thanks

is that a glossy monitor?

Looks good. Is there a significant difference between hooking this up with DVI vs. the missing HDMI?

Thanks

Just no sound I guess? HDMI works on a very similar principle to DVI IIRC, possibly even the same signal.

None. HDMI = DVI plus sound. Computer monitors tend not to come with HDMI as sound is best dealt with by separate speakers.

got one from Scan other day, dead pixel within 5 mins and the stand is a bit plasticy but for that price its a whole lot of monitor, screen is matte

Grr, I bought from Scan last night for £128, likely to refund the difference?

Thanks tek-monkey and spraint

Don't forget 2% from quidco

Mine arrived this morning, really is a lot of monitor for the price

Only problem is Google is the only site that seems to support screens of this size, everything else is just in the middle of the screen, any way to deal with it other than manually zoom each time?

I went from a 17" 4:3 - So it really is massive!

i guess you mean the large spaces either side and not any vertical ones.
if so then thats widescreen for you^^

Yeah, Google and gmail fill the screen, the rest leave space on the outside. Only used 4:3 or smaller widescreens so I suppose I've never seen it before

Link to SaverStore gone up to 175 quid now. Still at Microdirect at 129.25 though

The MD version was better anyway I think, because it has a 3 year warranty.
