Probably 20kg heavy:). Found one at Maplin in their last days, pretty cheap but too heavy to carry it, so did not get it. I was thinking to use it with my projector in the garden, watching football. Good I didn't get it, we did not have a summer this year. Voted hot, a bit niche, but worth the money.
Can the signal even travel 24m without loss or errors? I suppose someone may want to use it to run a signal to their shed or servants quarters!

A lot longer than you will realize, he has been eating out of your smart fridge for the last 8 years

Easy over 24m, you start to get blackened deterioration with 4/8k pulse sends, after about 230ft and about 350+ft on 1080p, the old Excel ad setup in London, was running on miles of this stuff for their smart walls, back in the day

That would have been a cool project to use it for, states shipped weight is 2kg, so guessing the contents of the maplin one would have been a lot more bonded steel stripe twines instead of copper maybe!

Got some very good, alternative use reviews as well

Only 2 Kg sounds a bit strange, but you never know. I can tell you the one from Maplin was proper heavy. One of the reasons I didn't get it was I was thinking is too thick and will be difficult to bent. The other reason was my wife would have found the perfect opportunity to move me in the shed, alongside my projector:). Not too late, she will soon find out I've got 2 Lenovo smart display, damn HUKD, I keep 'saving' money:)

The review is hilarious, I can only praise myself that I did not get it, we have no heating in the shed:). Well, my wife is trying to get rid of the cat too, so perhaps the could have replaced a hot water bottle.
Link now says 84.99 and OOS. Thanks for posting though OP
Cold, I need 26m
4K recommendation is 7.5m max. Unless for 1080p
This is great as a last possible scenario , but shorter is better.
Hmm, my 15m cable didn't manage to send 4K across.

Might have been a faulty one or user error, though.

Just use baluns and Cat 5e/6 cable for up to 100 mts no problems
You can run to about 10m on a standard HDMI cable for HD and as others have said a bit less for 4k. The point here is that this is an active cable so there is some extra electronics in the ends of the cable regenerating and compensating for the issues in the excessive length of the cable.

No, unless the cable is "active". Which it is.
Absolutely gutted I missed this deal!
If you plan on sending a 4k chroma 4.4.4 signal it is highly advisable you don't exceed a 3m long HDMI cable. Also make sure it's been certified.

As long as it has built in active repeaters it should be fine right?
