You seem to have some experience of that ...
I highly recommend ordering at least 1 or 2 sizes bigger than you normally buy, Superdry's sizing is well off
All these people hating on Superdry...

Superdry is the only store that has T-shirt’s that actually fit me. Everywhere else, the smallest size is too big or expensive, out of stock or terrible quality. I can walk into a Superdry store and know that they’ll actually have something that’ll fit me and will also last at least two years.

What's their refund policy when buying from eBay?

What's their refund policy when buying from eBay?

“If in the event that you’re not 100% satisfied and it’s within 30 days of receiving your parcel, please open a return request via the eBay Resolution Centre and follow the instructions provided. We recommend returning the item(s) with a label provided by eBay but if you’d prefer not to, then please ensure the return is tracked for your protection. Please ensure that you identify yourself with your eBay order number and name in the parcel, failure to do this will result in a delayed refund.

Postage charges are only refunded when the goods are confirmed as faulty, or the wrong item has been shipped. We do not offer exchanges, but you are welcome to return for a refund and place a new order. The item(s) will need to be returned in their original condition but please note that due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer a refund on underwear, swimwear and cosmetics, unless they are sealed in their original packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights. Once we receive your parcel, please allow 7-10 working days for it to be checked and processed. If you are returning anything to us from outside the EU you must complete a customs declaration correctly indicating that the package contains ‘returned goods’.”

Always an absolute waste of time. Weird sizing or mistakes in manufacturing, makes for a pointless exercise

Good deal. Nothing needed. Two items purchased.
The RRP's are laughable, not a deal in my view.

Good deal. Heat OP. Didn’t need anything.

One item purchased
Does anyone know if they accept returns via one of the eBay Click & Collect points or would you have to make your own arrangements?

Thanks.

Just looked and it’s not very clear.

It says you can return within 30 days and buyer pays for return postage - when you click for more info you just get the Ebay returns policy.

So sorry I couldn’t answer your question but I do note that buyer is paying return postage - tight gits
Yes, I read that. Just wondered if anyone had returned anything purchased from Superdry eBay store and could confirm the returns policy is exactly as stated?

You know I just remembered I did return a jacket, but it was about 2/3 years ago which I had purchased from their Ebay store.

I remember I took that back to the click and collect point I’d picked it up from originally, but could swear it was a free return; from memory.

I wonder if their policy on returns has changed since then - as they now mention buyer pays to send back.

Hopefully someone with a more recent purchase / return could confirm....

Normally they up their prices before discounting. Check on the item page for the previous buyers and you will notice that some bought it cheaper before this offer.
Not voting either way
If you like the brand or the style is worth checking their eBay page every so often, as the stock change a lot and some huge discounts compared to the bonkers RRP.

Just return it under "not as described" and that the colour of the item in the photo doesn't match what you've received. Then they have to pay for the return.
For the love of god, that bomber jacket! It's like something for a 4 year old trapped in a 40 year olds body. Does anyone really want to be in the 'Superdry Air Force'?

Probably a thousand better buys for under £30 on ebay if you want a bomber jacket.

Edit - eg timberland factory 2nd £19.99, and you won't look like you're going to a fancy dress party

How is it not a deal? You're not paying RRP are you?

Some t-shirts for less than you can get a George at Asda one for and far better quality. Seems like a good deal to me.

Can't speak for the commenter or this deal in particular, aside to say that plenty of RRP deals are not deals at all.

If I start selling X for example, I can set the RRP at £100, so when I sell X to you for £5, I can describe it as 95% off, despite the fact it was never sold for that RRP. Presumably you wouldn't think that was a deal?

An actual 'sale' is very different. I can't sell you X and say 'was £100', because then I'd be breaching consumer law
