I purchased these for similar price a while back. I was surprised they didn't seem to last as long as the IKEA batteries I had used previously. Low and behold on a consumer programme I watched last week they came bottom off the battery dry tests. Duracell are the best and most expensive, Sainsbury alkerline were the runners up.

Can you link the consumer programme if possible?
Nearest Ikea to me is 35 miles away, Sainsburys is 10 miles away.
Ryman is 1 mile away and around where I shopped today.
So based on my travelling cost I'd have to eliminate these two, Duracell is and always top but at a premium.

Hi it's called Supershoppers on C4. Energiser are also the second biggest seller after Duracell but the poorest performance per pence! channel4.com/pro…ers

Just buy Kodak extra life 5 for £1 at said shop. Easily as good as Duracell keep my xb1 pad going for ages at 20p a battery.

Agree with the above comment, came worse on 5 different brands tested. Best Duracell and Sainsbury's, even Asda came better. Second most expensive, second best sold...search C4 Supershoppers. Not good news for me as I have lots of this brand, rechargeable. I have other brands, none of them broke with the exception of a few Fuji and Energizer.
do these leak?
