Starts tomorrow (18th April)

Sorry, are you saying star wars complete blu ray is going to be £22.50?

Ignore star wars comment, my bad.
Listed at £60 down from £90.
Even at £45 still slightly cheaper at Morrisons.

Star Wars: The Complete Saga - Blu-ray - £45 (was £90)
Star Wars: The Trilogy - Blu-ray - £23 (was £46)
Star Wars: The Prequel Trilogy - Blu-ray - £23 (was £46)

LOL the sale prices have been the going rate at most places, morrisons, amazon etc etc.

£90 for the complete saga! WTF!!

someone may know the answer from previous argos deals, but if you reserve online don't you pay the instore price on the day when you collect? If so - start reserving now

i know its off topic but how do i make a new deal?

I'm not buying anymore DVDs. That era is dead now. I'll stick to online downloads/streams until everything is blu-ray

I paid £68 for that and I thought it was well worth it

Redemption is a waste of 2 hours so get this instead.

Go to the home page and on the grey bar that runs across the top, on the very right hand side there's a red tab called 'share a deal' click on it and follow the instructions

24 seems a decent price, rest is quite poor.

When does this deal go live? midnight or sometime tomorrow?

Argos is stupidly expensive for dvd box sets. check out online retailers first.

Their T&Cs say
"4.3 The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order apart from the following two exceptions:
a) For products reserved online for store pick up or any other reservation service the price you pay is the price in store on the day of collection."
So guess it's time to get reserving

each argos store is different on reserved items price wise but aylesbury store if you take in proof you reserved it at the special price they will honour it.. so take a print out of your order if its gone up in price but has to be withing the dates of the reserve and not 2 weeks later like some have tried

old packaging for the 24 box set, not the latest slimline packaging.... some say the older one is much better

Thanks, reserved stock in three locations just in case

I know what you mean. Once you've got a Blu-ray player you feel like DVDs are old-fashioned.

where is 24? can't see any sign of it on their website

Link broken.

24 is coming up at £43.33. Might update overnight but can't see it happening.

Thanks op, reserved last set of 24 at Woking, price showed as £43 but went down to 32.50 in basket

Reserved the last in the pontypridd store for 32quid!

Hmm, tempted by The West Wing. Is £35 the best it's been? And does anyone know if it's the slimline version?

Logged back on and on Checkout it came up at £32.50. Last 1 left in Keighley so i have manage to reserve one.
