Better than other deal, 8k miles and not 5k, also better spec car!
I'll say it before someone else does:
Do you get to keep the car?
Not bad, £232.50 a month all in.

Yes! And free petrol for 24 months, obviously insurance is also included and with this deal you get a golf gti for your mrs.

why would someone want to pay 5k and not own the car at the end? X)

Oh dear, where do I begin? Firstly, I was mocking those who normally ask that question not knowing they don't own it. I know what the term 'lease' means. Secondly, why get a dictionary if I can use google? That defeats the purpose rendering it inane. Last but not least, learn to read properly. 'I'll say it before someone else does' did you overlook this? Or turn a blind eye to sound like a superhero? #dontreplyjustshhhh

Of course you do, for 24months, then the lease company will take it off your hands at no additional charge.
My first car was a Scirocco 1.6 GLi which had the same engine as the Golf GTi.
In those days there weren't speed cameras so you could enjoy putting your foot down more often than today.
Still think it looks like a frog.

Cold. I could buy a used BMW 320 with 200,000 miles and a dodgy starter motor for that
yes lease also offered me 10k at £173 with a £1561 deposit

Meh - I remember when a Scirocco looked like a man's car.

I got hooked on Scirocco's back in '89, my then girlfriend had a Mk I 1.6 GL Auto. After uni, my first car was the MkII 1.6GT in Green with the black rubber wheel arch extensions to match the rubber spoiler. Then I had a 1.8GTX in all white, finally (about 10 years ago) I had an 84 Storm in Blue which I didn't use enough and the sills rotted away

I don't like the new ones. But still voted hot...

Regardless of cameras you're not supposed to break the speed limit mate
I have a 1.4tsi Scirocco in blue .. love it.
Handles really well, so this 2.0 should be a great drive.

why don't you try and buy a brand new scirocco for 5k to keep? I think you would struggle.

Actually the fun is when you drive it and then the lights suddenly come on automatically at certain speeds, you wonder what's going on to start with. Then realising that the lights come on for safety at over 140kmh
The image on the website is slightly over embellished it is with xenons which are an extra.

Rats in a barrel is a good phrase as well. (_;)

I had a 1976 Scirocco TS. The steering wheel had a Wolf in the centre rather than the VW symbol.
Can someone please undo my expire on this deal? I pressed it accidentally when opening the deal on the HUKD app. So sorry! voted hot before it expired

Don't say that around here - you'll get mocked, instead of an actual answer.
What's the difference between this and the Scirocco earlier in the week? Seems more expensive, is it a better model?
jarjarmustdie

Even the actual 'R' version isn't the proper R version
