Nice offer. I've already recently taken this offer.
Kind reminder if anyone wants to transfer any credit from AA credit card to HSBC, HSBC system templates don't have AA on list and was advised closest was Ireland UK (who AA piggybacks on) choosing Ireland UK does not work...money apparently goes into a blank account. (I was shocked this happened to me).
Best get details direct from AA or whichever provider you are with and provide the details manually to HSBC instead of using their out of date templates..

Are the AA a reseller of HSBC services perhaps?? They wont own their own credit card brand, it will be one of the major banks running it; hence not being able to do 0% balance transfers between certain branded cards and certain banks.

No they go via Bank of Ireland.

No. That's the minimum amount you have to transfer. So you would have already spent the 300quid on the card your transferring from
