£25 For £50 towards Large Kitchen Appliances and TVs on ao.com (50% Off) @ Groupon

This is my first post but if you are looking for a new TV over 40" or a New Large Kitchen Appliance then take a look at this.

You can only buy one, or buy one as a gift, I do not know if you can get away with using 2 on the same household using two different names ad e-mail addresses as it only says one per person. You pay Groupon £25 and will receive a voucher for £50 about 15 minutes later. Then follow the instructions on the voucher. Voucher is valid until 28/08/2015 so if you do not have the money in full yet then you do not have to purchase the product straight away. I ordered my voucher at 17:55 and got it at 18:10. Not bad as even if the product is cheaper else where then ao.com do price match selected companies.

P.S. TopCashBack can also be used on ao.com, depending on what your buy depends on the percentage back

Wow pig69er, I am laughing so hard I must have a stitch. I am only posting to allow those who are in need of this to save a little bit of money on their purchase. Trust me your joke isn't even worth 25p

don't know why people are voting cold. they also price match, plus quidco like you said. voted hot

Must have had an off day today. Could have been the heat I suppose. oO

I can't be bothered to faff about, but first item was £30 AO and £22.50 (free collect) at John Lewis. Their checkers must be cr4p.

Only have to phone them and they will price match it, and this voucher wouldnt apply to something so cheap anyway. Can't believe so many are voting cold at saving money. I hope those who need an offer like this still find it.

What's the point of checking prices twice a day then? Not just once a day, or even once a week.
Reminds me of that stuff that comes out of the back of male cows.

They say they check prices twice a day, it does not say that they change them to match them at that point, they only match if you phone them and prove you have shopped around. If people do not bother to shop around then why should they change the price for everyone?

You don't see Asda, Tesco, Morrisons, or Sainsbury's changing prices every day because the other shop is selling a product cheaper. They all do promotions at different times, it is called competition, otherwise there would not be so many providers for the same item if they all sold the item at the same price.

A male cow? Wow, just wow...

Big thanks to OP for posting this deal. Through Quidco, I bought the Groupon voucher (not yet tracked), used the code on ao.com website on a £215 fridge freezer (tracked a £21.50 cashback).

So from this posted deal, I've saved £46.50 on a £215 fridge. Thanks mate

Thank OP for posting this deal came very handy as I am going to buy a washing machine from ao!

Voted hot!

Anyone know if you can purchase multiple and use it on one item?

For example if buying a £500 fridge - can I buy say 10 of these for £250 and use it to purchase a £500 item? Or is it restricted to one groupon per item?

Too good to be true...

And unfortuantely it is one per transaction, they are not that nice I am afraid.

You are right OP. On the ao.com website, you are only allowed to enter a voucher code once. I am now buying a 2nd voucher to purchase a tumble dryer (madness when it's so hot at the moment but come winter it is impossible to dry anything outside).

NB, After I purchased my fridge from ao.com, I started browsing and noticed on homepage they offer £20 cashback if you bought more than one item in same transaction. Obviously, it's too late for me to claim anything since the fridge and dryer are separate transactions but the Groupon vouchers are bonus enough for me

Effectively you save a little move with the voucher than buying multiple items in the same trasactions anyway. If you purchased them in the same transaction you would have saved £20, but with a new voucher it is £25, so worth the extra little time in the end.

Not a problem Jackie11, as the saying goes every penny matters, so glad it helped

Anyone successfully used this on a stand-alone freezer?

Good deal op, I don't see why people have voted cold, £25 is a considerable saving.

Nice one OP, no idea why this is cold

Thanks just saved £25 on a new fridge freezer

thanks mate. just purchased a tumble dryer on ao.com and used this deal. thanks OP.

Thank you, just got a B efficiency condenser drier for £155 ( inc £10 cash back)... Was already a very good deal, but £25 off made it considerably better. I was a bit wary of using groupon vouchers for the first time, but it was super quick and simple. Very happy
