excellent, can u buy wine before 8am at tesco???

The wine I always buy has been reduced from £6.50 to £4.32 a bottle, if that gets knocked down by 25% tomorrow I'over 3 quid a bottle - amazing !!

Look out for the Tesco own-brand box wines. A few weeks back I picked up 17 x 3 litre boxes of red for the equivalent of £1.87/bottl which is exceptionally cheap. Am slowly making my way through it!

I still can't work out how this works. The wine deals at Tesco have only ever been mutually exclusive. So you wouldn't get 25% off a bottle that was already reduced. You can however, apply a discount voucher to a win that's already reduced.

Hmm, that means this deal will expire before the double up vouchers become effective on 8 Nov on Tesco Fine Wines, that's a shame!

They have historically never been mutually exclusive resulting in some amazing bargain buys, for example the great 3 for £10 deals where the additional 25% came off the original bottle price making for about £2.00ish per bottle bargains.
However in the last 18 months - 2 Years they have started closing these loopholes. Have to look harder now for the real bargains.

The Tesco Wine by the Case Website is currently undergoing planned maintenance work.

We're in the process of making some improvements and hope that you will be pleased with the results.

We're due to be back up and running on Monday with even more great offers on Wine by the case. Please visit again then.

Sorry for any inconvenience caused - we look forward to delivering to you soon.

Both comments are right. At the online wine store, you don't get 25% off on top of other discounts. In store or at the online groceries store, the 25% off is on top of other promotions, which can indeed result in some bargains.

Why has this been expired?

This deal has not expired, I just ordered 12 boxes on line with the 25% discount.

Someone please deal with the morons that expire deals for no reason.

Agree with moob, spoils it for serious hotukdealers

Not on in Tesco Extra Hastings yet. Ive just been to look.

At last a fellow breakfast wine fan.

How do you get the 25% off please? I have tried ordering from both the groceries and the wines by the case and get as far as having to actually confirm the order with no 25% discount being shown.

Ok, I have just spoken to a guy from Tesco wines and he tells me that the 25% off is not on top of the prices online but is part of the offers already available meaning that Carleast was actually correct when he said that you wouldn't get 25% off a bottle that was alreay reduced.

the 3 for £12 on the red label wolf blass was better than this

My head hurts X)

If a wine is half price at the moment until 2 Nov and I order for deliver b4 then....
Will I get 25 % off ?

3 for £12 has stopped today in express. Not sure if its the same in super store.

Nothing instore in Prescot tonight at 8pm

for those asking if you can buy before 8am i believe it is against the law to sell alcohol before that time so, no.

Although the three for £12 has stopped they have this time left some 2 for £10 offers on. Tried it tonight and chose 4 bottles of San Juan Shiraz (£7.99 each or 2 for £10) and 2 bottles of Ryan Rose Shiraz Rose (again £7.99 each or 2 for £10).

Total £47.94
Wines 2 for £10 -£17.94
Wine discount -£11.99

Total paid £18.01, or £3.00 a bottle, bargain.

Will be checking a larger store tomorrow.

Thanks for the explanation. I think it's worth clearly stating in the title post that this deal is for the groceries part of the website or instore.

Nice.

in tesco, old kent road, there's a poster saying 25% off spanish and new zealand wines which is a bit confusing as it implies other wines are normally-priced.

Would this work with the Big Voucher Exchange on finest wine?...Every £10 in Clubcard vouchers turns into £20 to spend on finest wine. So Six bottles of £7.99 Finest @ 2 for £10 costs £18 Then using the vouchers half that?

Sorry expired :-(
