Remember it still only passes its mot at this price if they chose not to …Remember it still only passes its mot at this price if they chose not to do more work to the car to pass the mot. If they are not busy they need to "find" work. For many (not all) this will involve work which does not need to be done. If you don't like it come and pick your car up without its mot. The objectivity of "needing to be done" is where many get shafted. Many will be looked after but many will not and many will never know how much they have got stung. The ones who are conning people should be exposed as they give the honest ones a bad name.

Don’t use the 2 MOTs then and take your car elsewhere.

Even without the MOTs the price is really cheap for warranty alone, let alone with servicing and breakdown.

Making sure there aren’t any major underlying faults (I guess for the warranty aspect of the package). They don’t want to allow someone to purchase the all in package and realise that the customer has major issues with their car that they then go and try claiming on the warranty lol

They will also verify that the mileage is under 100k probably.

Unfortunately my A7 has a 3 litre engine so isn’t eligible for this and for some reason Audi haven’t made a similar package for the larger engines. Almost makes me want to sell my car and get a 2 litre haha

I don't understand how people think this is a good deal. Have you done a service on a car before? It's not a big job and it doesn't cost much to do. £300/Yr for servicing, brake down cover (your car has to be "up to their standards" for this anyway so is highly unlikely to break down as it won't be old/not serviced) and warranty is worth what?

Instead of paying more to a company you clearly don't trust (otherwise why do you need all this cover?!) why not just buy a better brand of car?

Audi customer service is appalling. My A6 was modified following emissions scandal resulting in reduced performance, mpg and EGR failure which they refused to replace. I had the ‘modification’ reversed and EGR replaced by a local mechanic. 🤞 it continues to run like new.

As though people have the time to mess about changing filters and oil and doing car servicing diy. If you have fairly new audi and want to keep the service history main dealer, this is very cheap. (edited)

The only positive of this is the extra piece of mind from the 2 year warranty, obviously you would need full dealership history or used a vat registered garage who has used genuine parts for it to apply, and you suggest that it's unlikely to breakdown as it would be up to their standards I hope you realise that Audi's standards are replacing engine oil every 20k miles in some of their vehicles and having any car serviced doesn't necessarily mean it's been looked after in the slightest and God forbid something serious goes wrong with a modern car because it will cost you alot more then £600 to fix.

I personally won't be giving anymore money to Audi after a dispute I had with a dealership and Audi UK telling me they wasn't interested as they have no authority over any of their dealerships which I find hard to believe and when I asked them to confirm what they said via email they refused to answer my question and then told me they was no longer going to respond to me and would just put any more correspondence on file, long story short I had to go through a small claims court to get what I was owed, but that's just my personal experience.

A lot of garages will just ask you to disconnect your dashcam before your car goes in. The one I go to is an approved Audi/VAG garage and ask me to remove any recording devices before I hand the car in.

I honestly don't mind as I understand that not everyone wants to be recorded at their workplace by a random customer. Not in the age of social media.

I was going to purchase this but car was 6 years and 3 months so wasn't eligible so got the regular service plan and wish I didn't.

Was in for a service and they found issue with coolant and wanted £665 for it. Even though it had just been done 6 months ago along with the thermostat and water pump at a different Audi garage. Tried to argue that it should be covered under warranty but they won't cover work done by another Audi garage.

Contacted Audi head office but they didn't do anything even though it's got full Audi service history so took to a independent garage and they sorted it for £84. Won't be going back to the stealers again after this.

The guy at my local SEAT dealer said the warranty package isn’t really worth it for what’s covered. MOT’s being included also contradictory in the SEAT blurb.

So what exactly is this and why do you guys think this is cheap.ami missing something or are Audi's really expensive too get serviced.

What service is it include is it just a engine oil and filter Change and also the air filter/pollen filter and Diesel filter for a Diesel vehicle. That usually costs around 30 pounds plus parts at my local garage they charge around 10 pounds extra too check rest of the fluids and do a free top up if it's only a small amount needed. Parts are usually around 40/70 pounds for my Toyota Corolla. Most local garages charge similar prices.mot test costs 35 to 40 pounds . Breakdown covers around 30 pounds per year. I'm sure the rest will be enough too buy a warranty.

What you're missing is the increased residual value from full man dealer servicing will pay for it's self in the long run when you come to sell the car, although I understand your sentiment.

On the deal it's self, I notice that it doesn't mention fuel filter/air filter change? (edited)

They can’t force you to do additional servicing if you don’t want to pay for it.

What warranty covers wear and tear?

I don’t think you realise the price this deal is and what you get for your money.

You can’t even get 1 years all component warranty for £588 on a 3-6 year old Audi. Let all alone all the additional stuff for 2 whole years.

Only reason I think people would want to do it is to maintain their digital service record which we can't really do with a DIY service.

I know some independents have access but they're still a rip off

Just in case it helps anybody - I spoke to a dealership today and the 25% discount on the all-in policy is still active, but does not apply to any other fixed price servicing plan

God help anybody who has to deal with Audi customer services or VW Financial Services (who seem to be ‘responsible’ for these service plans). Just seven months to remove an old service plan from our car to enable us to have the all-in health-check…

Not sure if this discount applies to VW/VW commercial/Skoda etc but might be worth a try if Audi are offering it.

Update - needed two small things doing to get the all-in policy approved. Went back 24 hours later to get them done and the 25% discount had expired. Can’t make it up (edited)

No, not an Audi. I had a servicing deal with Mot's. First time they failed the car for car reg light not working, MOT taking them 5 mins to complete - 2 years in a row, low coolant topped with tap water (I asked them to investigate the leak they never did), etc. They said need a car for the day when all was done in 45 min, service, mot and safety recall.
