No 5% hassle when you pay with Apple Pay it’s automatic.
How can they sell them at these prices and still make profit??? Serious question if anyone knows the answer.
Excellent timing, just noticed the digital preorder for Detroit had gone up
Anyone used them before ? ... trusted company ?
That was so simple.

Back in stock at £20.99

Update: Ordered a number of these and received an email asking me to send a photo of my ID next to my face. Have refused to do so for security reasons, and as FAQ states verification is done through an automatic phone call.

Went through live chat, where support copied and pasted their T&Cs section 3.1 that states "all subscriptions/memberships/timecards/gift cards and point codes will only be emailed once the verification process has been completed, once payment has cleared."

I replied their FAQ states "If you are a first time buyer your order will need to be verified. This security procedure is to ensure you have authorised the payment from your account. After you click checkout you will need to verify your identity by telephone. This is done through our automated call service. You will need to this once."

Suddenly, "for multiple products like this we require additional verification method, pls let us know if you prefer a refund instead"

Not worth the hassle of this company, will pay £4 more from CDkeys who I've used in the past with no issues.

How many did you order? I ordered a couple at a time and it was always straight forward.
I've used them plenty of times fine. I've just ordered one of these to use in the sale. Code came through email about 2 minutes later.
Sold out :-(

Ordered 4 as the stock levels seem to constantly change. Maybe that's where the issue was, although the hassle that came from it, for me, was not worth the saving of £4 that in the end was spent at an alternate provider that I had used regularly beforehand
