Topcashback owe me a lot of money they refuse to pay out. i will never use them ever again
Thanks for the deal, OP! No problems with TCB for me, has nearly £3,000 back over the last couple of years, and almost no issues.
The majority of problems are down to tracking of the purchases. Some moan about TCB, some swear by them. Some moan about Quidco, some swear by them! It is not TCB or Quidco that is at fault, it is incorrect settings within the browsers. Then when it doesn't track, people are quick to blame someone else. Cashback is a bonus, and should not be treated as a discount, so if you only buy it because of the cashback, then be prepared to be disappointed, especially as it is your settings at fault.

Heat added, but this is clever marketing. TCB know that people are very unlikely to spend just £5 on a takeaway but this offer makes it sound like takeaway is half price. In reality it rarely will be!

Wish this was on all merchants instead

How do they owe you money? Whenever I buy something online I treat TCB and Quidco as a bonus. I'm buying an item through them not from them. Unless you have a big balance that they refuse to pay out then how would they owe you money? Genuinely curious as I've heard many stories from others.

They have not passed on the money they were paid by the companies I bought from. I know other people this has happened to. I have not yet had the same problem with Quidco so I stick with them.

How can he show you something he hasn't been given?
I am also having problems with TCB not paying money owed. I booked holiday in August and money has been stuck as 'confirmed' for ages, I keep in chasing it and they keep saying that they are waiting for the payment. Something is not right considering others are having problems as well.

Occasionally for reasons I or topcashback dont understand the product purchased cashback is not honoured and its bloomin annoying.
I've probably been using topcashback around 10 years now and have actually received over £1500 paid into my bank account from them.
Topcashback arnt perfect but 99% of the time there is no issue.

£5 mostly goes towards delivery fee and tip on Deliveroo.
Does the extra cashback still work if you use a offer code?

You obvious make no sense in your accusation on TCB's payout... Should we just take your word

How do you know they received money from the transaction you made, this is what you claim isn't it

You have successfully activated this promotion. Simply make your transaction of £5 or more with Domino's, Just Eat, Papa Johns, Pizza Hut Delivery or Deliveroo and the bonus will be added to your account.

But I have too much food left over donated to go to waste to cover me until the New Year.

Activated but won't be using this.

Would have been better to offer bonus cashback across the board.

Will this work with the new member JustEat offer, as it might finally get my friend round to using it!
Thanks 😁🍕

Getting Cashback is a bit of a bonus. But when an organisation sells you a product with an offer of Cashback you are buying that item at a price you are prepared to pay. If they turned around and said you can’t get it at that price and you weren’t prepared to pay more then I feel that is wrong. I fortunately haven’t had an issue with TopCashBack except for getting less from Very. But if I ever do I will return the product for the reason mentioned above.
Yes true, have managed to get £1800+39510699-5Y3Bk.jpg

What evidence would you see if you could log in? An active account wouldn't actually evidence that TCB were actually paid the money you say they were paid...

I've noticed recently my cashback being tracked randomly drops with no indication. I've started keeping screenshots to identify which transactions do it because if its not declined its hard to work out which one is the culprit.

Previously I've been used to them tracking lower then uplifting but not reducing.
If cashback hasn’t tracked after 7 days then you just raise a claim which is pretty straightforward as all you need is the date and rough time of the purchase and the transaction code, submit that and they will chase it.
But ultimately it’s down to the retailer if they honour it or not.

Same. Dunno who's fault was it, cause they keep blaming one to the other ( service provider and tcb), but surely will not consider them again.

Wonder how much TCB has made from those transactions.

Anyone know how much in dividends the directors of the company were paid?

Have you contacted them to see why it has dropped?

Never seen that before.

The main thing is when it's confirmed, you get the correct cashback. I use a notes app to keep track and any discrepancies, TCB has always sorted it... Even QC are very good.

What a useless reply... my comment/question was well within reason. When you want to buy something from a retailer, 9 times out of 10 you are going to buy it regardless. Going through these cashback sites is a bonus. Unless you specifically purchase an item because of the cashback rate (example would be buying a printer that cost £200 but instead of low range percentage rates they offered you x amount of money, say £50, making the total cost of the item £150). But again, this is a risk you take by going through third party sites. There are hundreds of ways that big payoff rates won't be accepted for stupid reasons but that's the risk you take. I see a bunch of people complaining about cashback sites like TCB and Quidco and yes, some of them are well within reason such as the original user I replied to Madchester, hence the reason I asked them. But others will complain about a range of issues such as long waits for payouts or cashback not tracking because they haven't read the terms and conditions.

Even if you got an average of 4% cashback, your total spending is close to £70k. The UK economy does owe you one
Problem is, JE can be double the price of FoodHub... so a couple of quid back isn’t gna cut it.

I have same feeling. I used to play their games and I won some pennies, but they were always rejected and never paid out. The Quidco is opposite, I always get the winnings paid out

They're not perfect - they decline big cashback occasionally but bonuses eventually get paid out (had to chase a few):

I tend to not bother too much with cashback sites but Quidco have been better for me lately in terms of payout and customer service.
I stopped using TCB few months ago, too many cashback transactions are declined for no reason and they always side with the retailer, not the customer.
