£2.50 bonus cashback on a £5+ spend via Quidco

I've started to give up on these offers totally on Quidco and Topcashback as I'm. Waiting for so much money from them at the moment.

They use to be quite quick, but seem to be dragging their heels the last for months.

Not using quidco no more. Use to prefer then over Topcashback but they have become worse the past year or so. Not paying bonus’ etc plus lying about cashback not being paid.

Just spotted this too! Came in handy for the Prey deal makes it ~£7.50.
Note it's only available to the first 100,000 people

Thanks

on TCB I usually buy a basket of books ie 2 books from different sellers - do you reckon this will work on Quidco?

Not sure but T&Cs for Ebay cashback states:

  • Cashback may take up to 5 days to track
  • Cashback is paid at a maximum of £50 per transaction
  • Cashback claims will not be accepted for 'cash on collection' auctions
  • Cashback claims will not be accepted for purchases of less than £1
  • Please also see the retailer's standard terms and conditions for purchase as listed on their site
  • Cashback will not be paid in conjunction with any other offer, voucher or discount code unless listed on this page, or with any other discounts such as staff or student discounts
  • Cashback may not be paid on VAT, delivery, card payment fees, taxes or any other additional charges

should be OK, wife & I both got 3 hardback books for £6.25 (there's a buy 2, get 3rd 50% off offer) - all 6 'very good condition'

so 6 books for £12.50 minus £5 = £7.50, or £1.25 each

both transactions have now tracked with the £2.50 bonus - Ebay tracking will no doubt pop up later

Typical. Pre-ordered a game from cdkeys the other day that's not released till Friday.

This type of thing always happens to me,I hold off from buying something to see if there are any offers about etc and as soon as I buy something an offer springs up,I bought curtains on Monday, they only arrived tonight I've not even opened them grrrr

Thanks OP. Activated and spent on something I was going to get on eBay anyway...

tracked immediately from Quidco Ebay purchase.

Tracked on a purchase from CDKeys.

Tracked straight away. Thanks

Thanks

Superdrug is a handy one for triggering things like this, because you can easily stock up on toiletries even if you don't need them and the price can scrape £5 if you want.

Anyway, awesome. I've been complaining about Quidco's rubbish counters to TopCashBack and here we are. That's competition for you.

I wouldn't say that. Some of us have saved considerable sums of cash by using them.

I think my wife & I are over £8000 now

Try superdrug you get a special offer from quidco min went to 3% from 1% when i clicked offer.

Wilkos click and collect works well too for everyday items.
Just spent £5 exactly
tracked at 20p (4%) plus the £2.50
works out if Quidco pays out£2.30 total for £5 worth of stuff

I activated offer & didn't buy anything but the £2.50 is showing as 'tracked'

Lol, the same happened to me. I suppose they would decline the cashback if you don't make a qualifying purchase.

I hope that by "midnight thursday" they don't mean tonight, since it becomes Thursday at the stroke of midnight. I am holding out for maybe winning an ebay auction tomorrow and using this.

In my experience, Quidco is the worst. Lost out on many bonuses in the past. But again thats just for me, I know for some people it works better and they prefer it over TCB.
Personally I prefer TCB as they have paid out everytime Ive used them, yeah theres a lil delay but its cool as long as I get the cash back eventually. I just make sure its gone through and if its pending then I just leave it as I know it will go through as long as I paid the right amount to qualify it will be paid in.

it's Quidco, 99% wont track purchase and bonus , i have completely given up on them.

Never had a issue with Quidco, but a cashback transaction did take over 7 months to be available to me!
Patience is key
Cheers and Hot Op! 🔥

Bought fruity bauble gift set off super drug, £5 down from £12 star buy. Free click and collect in store and the £2.50 bonus tracked immediately. Excellent offer thank you

Ts & Cs state:
Should you activate the offer but fail to make a purchase (before midnight Thursday 9 November) that reaches confirmed status, your Activity will revert the bonus to 'declined' status.

Brill idea iv done this

I've noticed a lot more cashback being rejected without good reason by Quidco recently. Particularly anything over a few pounds. I had a £35 Admiral Car Insurance claim that was there for months and at the last minute was changed to a Multicar Insurance claim and therefore rejected. Just had another £30 claim with MobilePhonesDirect rejected without any reason. Just be wary that's it's a long way off being guaranteed cash.

Quidco are ridiculously slow to verify and pay compared to Topcashback
