Still waiting for them to pay the last one from the 6th May.

You mean you've waited a whole 19 days?! Wow, get on to them promptly.

It usually takes cashback sites up to 6 years to pay these bonuses, so I'd be surprised if you had yours paid out in the first 19 days.

Heat added op, now what can I buy from ebay.

Good deal if you are lucky enough to honour it. TCB has repeatedlly delayed my fair payouts for months, currently awaiting a payout for a purchase made in Jan - it's not a big sum, but multiples of similar sort of small sums pay them for their dodginess. Better off using Quidco who have lower headline prices but at least pay them.

Not voted either way.
Never using tcb again. Was great at first but have recently stiffed me out of some very large cashback amounts

That would have worked better as an Easter joke

Seriously though, they were faster paying out the hummingbird ones and a previous £2.50 one definitely paid out far quicker than nearly 3 weeks this time. Just eager to get things converted whilst some bonuses are good.

Bought something to trigger this one.

As for 6 years, not that bad yet. 3 years for a Charles Tyrwhitt shirt at present.

I was always Quidco but firmly in the TCB camp these days. Patience turned up to 10 and it usually gets paid. No need for Spinal Tap 11 yet...

Yeah, they should re-brand themselves 'Probablywon'tpaycashback'.
Thanks, op. Always get these offers, and always are paid by TCB. Never had a problem, unlike Quidco.
For those complaining that cashback is taking a while (and especially the post who expected the payout within 19 days), the bonus appears in your account once the qualifying purchase is tracked; and the payment becomes available once the qualified purchase has become payable....which for insurance, phone contracts, etc., can take some months. You do not get the bonus payable immediately after you have made the qualifying purchase.

Hey Everyone

Please remember that some retailers exclude VAT and delivery charges when calculating cashback and please make sure you activate the offer before making your purchase.

Voucher codes that are not published on our site could make the transaction declined. If you do have any issues please get in touch with us and I'm sure that one of the team will be more than happy to take a look

Best wishes

To be fair, TCB can't give you money for nothing. They earn referral fees from retailers. Until the retailer confirms the transaction, agrees to the referral and pays TCB the fees, then TCB can't pay you. This seems to be a long drawn out process, depending on the retailer.

I'm guessing retailers resist referral fees as much as they can as it hits their profits, seeking to reject claims wherever possible if there's reason to. There are also the delays for good reason, for example so that cashback cannot be claimed, paid then the product or service returned or cancelled. Payouts on TCB can take several weeks to several months, normally the latter. You can view estimated payout time in the dashboard on TCB. From experience this estimate is fairly accurate.

Quidco always gives me cashback and loads of £2.50 bonuses.

Not once have they even attempted to charge me any membership. Go figure.

No it's a one time offer.

I purchased something earlier via TCB then 5 mins later activated this offer and I see it's in my pending list so it seems to work after a purchase if you're quick to activate (not guaranteed of course)
mobeus1I am sorry you feel this way, but I'm positive if you contact us that one of the team will be more than happy to take a look

i have a free tcb account. end of.

I have a free quidco account.

Tcb decided to help themselves to £5 accumulated cashback. Quidco have never done this.

Ergo, I’m done with tcb. Long live quidco! End of.
Works on Amazon too?
