Anyone know if they will release £9 rooms for december at any point?

Not sure whether to try and book £19 rooms now or wait and see if they go to £9

Always hot when these come up
Thanks

The cold voters need to say why, instead of staying anon

Is there actually any kind of offer on? A few weeks back I booked a room for the end of June, cost me £29. The same room now seems to be £32.

Unless you want rooms around Xmas/New Year (which might sell out) I'd gamble of £9 rooms coming up.

Final ask - has anybody else come across Travelodge overbooking and turning people away? I saw it happen to a guy once and I'm worried that I'm gonna arrive around midnight with 2 kids; might I be turned away if they've overbooked?

Has happened to me but only once in about 300 stays. If you are turning up really late I would recommend ringing up the lodge earlier in the day and at the same time requesting a quiet large room which doesn't smell of smoke or urine and where the shower works or where the bath has a plug. I am now a regular at quite a few lodges and they give me the room they know I think (but maybe they won't now after this comment),

I am in one now - booked a single by mistake and they have accommodated us with no problems...

This could be a risk if its a busy night, last guests in are the ones that would be 'outbooked' they wont just turn you away, they would find you somewhere else to go and cover all costs including travel to the alternate acc, still a pain i know, worth calling and informing them you will be late as suggested.

They'll definately have a winter sale at some point. The autumn one was a couple of weeks ago or so, so I would say it could be a couple of months before the winter one.

£200 per room in South Wales when the Ryder Cup's on. Looks like a long drive in the same day. Certainly not paying that sort of money.

good price for a nice clean room

cheers had made a booking, now re-booked & saved a £5

Thank, I have booked three nights for August but it was cheaper to book each night as 3 separate transactions.
Saved £9. Every little helps!

I find you only get the cheap saver prices if you book each night separately - I read it on the Travelodge website too. You'll still have the same room if you do book to stay for more than one night!!

Thanks

You have to be carefull when booking a room as I and many others had probs when booking if your not carefull you can end up with 2 rooms booked as I did and when you cancel one you dont get a refund so it ends up being not such a cheap deal:!::!::!:
And there customer relations leave a lot to be desired:!:
If you think im the only one google it and im sure money expert will come up with more results lol
thats why im giving it a COLD;-)
They might I suppose have changed there booking method I dunno.

This is great!

Not strictly true.
If you add one nights stay, at the bottom of the booking page it says 'Add Another Stay' or 'Complete Booking'.
If you click the 'Add Another Stay' you can select additional nights at the discounted rate then complete the booking in one transaction.

Hot - cheers!
