It's said that Manuka Honey can be a real health booster, especially in Winter when you're fighting off those nasty bugs and sniffles. Add it to yogurt or spread it on toast and make sure the whole family get their share! This premium honey from New Zealand is a fab superfood to add to your shopping list.

Bee spit.

Yum Yum. Good stuff - thank you.

Won't buy this because marketing is terrible, food should never be marketed as medicine that's the job of the pharmacy.
Nevertheless have some heat.

Thanks

It better be good for £4.99 a jar

this honey with lemon is much better

Thats a crazy price heat added.

Better for you than bee sh*t!!

This was on my local Tesco clearance shelf for £12.50 reduced from £25 3 weeks ago!! oO

Manuka honey is an effective antibiotic if you plaster it straight onto a wound, but once it's been through a stomach, it's just a very expensive type of sugar. Great price compared to other manuka honey, but there's no health benefit from eating it.

"It's said that Manuka Honey can be a real health booster, especially in Winter when you're fighting off those nasty bugs and sniffles."

It's also said that the earth is flat.

It is great for skin - wounds and sores.

Heard it has to be UMF certified to be the best

Isn't Savlon cheaper?

There’s 5 times more manuka honey sold than actually produced.
Looks like a marketing scam look it up.

ive been buying this from aldi for £3.99 for the last few months so its gone up in price.. cold from me..

Fozzy17 the one you've been buying is 10+, this one is 15+. I dunno about all the health stuff they go on about but the normal aldi 10+ one is really tasty, will defo be trying this new as well. Hot.

the problem with aldi's manuka honey is that it's too runny - i prefer steens's.

This is an excellent price compared to health shops. I have a good dollop of honey on my porridge topped with fresh fruit every day. Can't beat it. Will definitely be added this to my shopping list. Heat added

The lack of a UMF rating is worrying. Unless it's somewhere else on the jar?

"Specially selected" could just mean, they've specially selected the cheapest honey on the market with no real health benefits. But I'm a cynic.
