good price for a smaller pack of sunflower seeds as far as I can see

normal price seems to be around £6 per kilo ie £1.50 for 250g

the name on the packs is "bradburys whole foods" but I couldnt find a picture online

IIRC poundland have 140g for £1 albeit the seeds are smaller so some people may find them easier to eat

I was wondering if I am the only one thinking this?
This website is called HotUkdeals therefore should we,as members, list Hot deals. This sunflower nuts has been same price from the day this shop started to sell it so is it a deal? or we just giving free advertisement for the shop or just like to score a point of listing something. HB sells whole different nuts about a same price as Lidl etc. once one takes the weight into account so should I just list every nuts they sell?? Just because Poundland that relying on their reputation of being cheap sells a lot of items more expensive and lower quality than other shops?

Please note I am not having a go to the person who listed this but general trend this website listing is going towards.
This has been the price forever

thats for birds - the ones posted are for human consumption

and before anyone asks, no, you cant safely eat the ones meant for birds - do a google search if you want convincing

Always buy these seeds from there the pumpkin seeds by the same company are good as well can't remember the price but great value - really good in trail mix
I found the seeds are not whole seeds, 90% of the seeds are broken hence the price. I now purchase quality seed, it costs a little more but there is a big difference.

Not sure why you need to swallow them whole but ok

bit consfused by this as humans are not meant to eat the whole seeds which is why these packets only contain the seed kernels

eating the whole seed can cause pretty bad digestive problems for humans - only birds can cope with digesting the whole seed

Or are you buying seeds for birds ?

Yes, sorry that was not very clear was it, I feed the birds only.
What I found the seed at HB was small pieces of seed, more crushed than whole seeds. I now purchase from a pet shop and have found the quality of the seed is much better..
