Any contract more than 12 months is not good

Go find a decent 12 month contract and post it as a deal.

24 month contracts
I moved to Vodafone last Black Friday due to a deal on here and can’t fault them at all-always have a signal & had no issues with their customer service.

I agree when it comes to sim only deals but this includes a phone.

You don't get many 12 month contracts because the monthly bill will be sky high if it's including an expensive phone. I'm not sure I've ever seen a 12 month phone plan (not including O2 where you can change your payments)

I guess you are kidding because EE direct prices are £300-£600 over 24m more than this, even after haggling. Didn’t used to be the way but is now in my experience. Have shared my experiences in detail on previous threads.
The best EE could give me was IPhone 11 128GB unlimited data £48 a month no upfront :/

Must be popular, its out of stock.

So hate companies who don't use plain English, afraid to use OUT OF STOCK - "Stock expected 03/12/2019"

Cheaper yes... Cheaper phone, yes!
Cant compare a 128gb deal to a 256gb really.
Just offering something different if 256 not needed..

Fair enough, thanks.

I'd go for the lower storgane option personally, as I've never went over my limit on a 64gb, but I know there's a lot out there who require a bit more.
Yeah same, I have 128 p20 pro, and not even half full after 1 year
Oh, also, Cashback is available kn that deal.. 40 quid on quidco

I needed to contact them regarding a billing issue but that was sorted straight away - maybe I’ve been lucky?!

I imagine so. They come bottom in customer service polls all the time. I had a phone with them that developed a fault in warranty. They sent it off to their repair team and it came back as ‘water damaged’. It had been nowhere near water. Wanted £150 to repair it. I said no, they sent it back to me. I took it to the manufacturer who repaired it for free and gave me proof that there was no evidence of water damage. It was a common fault with the phone. So Vodafone ended up compensating me (probably due to being wary of legal action).
Price gone up to £300 now.

And I thank you for it
Just signed up two IPhone 11's for my daughters with EE, as I am an existing customer. It's the 64gb variant, 33 pounds per month and 136 upfront cost. Available I was told until tomorrow. I cannot fault the customer service at EE, hence the reason I stay with them. I also purchased a Huawei Mate 20 pro for my son. Fifty quid up front and 22 per month. All three phones are on a two year deal. I think I got a steal of deal and all being delivered tomorrow.

Same experience I had. Bought last Black Friday, promo credit wasn't applied, spoke to Vodafone direct who sorted the issue immediately and setup VeryMe Rewards too. Cannot find anything to complain about.

I don’t know if I can get better through EE? Don’t really want to loose there F&F discount.
