This will fit and work fine - you won't even need a screwdriver to install this. Just don't expect outstanding performance from it.

I am fitting one of these in my new E520, compared to my existing gfx (integrated on nvidia nforce board with an XP2000 overclocked to 2600) I AM EXPECTING OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE! well at least compared to my existing 5 year old system :-D

eBuyer prices are always changing depending on rate of selling and stock levels. It's a bit misleading to quote an eBuyer price after the item has sold out as the price often icreases. A few days ago you could have got for under £25 delivered from ebuyer as per this ]thead.

Buy a secondhand card and if it doesn't work properly, you've pee'd your cash away - try getting your money back from a Ebayer after a couple of weeks:p

Isn't it better to sacrifice some performance for a guarantee?

I doubt that your PC will be able to accomodate that card, as if I am right in thinking that is a PCI or AGP only chipset, whereas this is a PCI-e (express) card which needs the new generation of motherboards.

So my guess is that with your current 'motherboard' will not be able to use this card.

PCI-e was released a little under 3 years ago iirc.

is this better then my 7300GS?

I'm not up on graphics cards, I've got a 7600GS, any idea if this would perform better or worst then that?

Then again I dont think I should, I replaced the fan with a zalman, that cost me £15 on its own!

Deal is now expired and price is now £48.36

I wouldn't have thought there would be much call for a low-end PCI-E graphics card. If you dont want at least a mid-range machine then why would you bother upgrading to PCI-E in the first place?

Superhot, great deal

i have a NIVIDIA GEFORCE 6100 nforce405 onboard graphics card,is this graphic card in this thread alot better than mine. Would i defo see a difference,i also have vista; would this have any increase in the visual aspect

Just 15 earlier on this afternoon! Thought about buying myself just to get a new motherboard (as yet not bought!) up and running. However I'd really like a AGP capable board so not to waste my beloved Matrox parhelia.
