Going to hold out till they do 2.76GB of 4.2G data for £6.38.

i got 2000 minutes, 1.5GB of data and unlimited text last week for £5 per month from Plusnet.

They are offering such good value, I may have to ditch my EE plan and move to Plusnet for my main mobile line in future.

Hi ,

Need some advice here..
SIM only contract expiring next month.

I have decided two things:
Would never go for a contract henceforth.
Will not go for 3 (Network Issues at both office and home)

Is there a chance of getting a better 30 day sims in January or shoud I jump on to this?

Depends how much data you think you'll use. plusnet had a 6.5gb for £10 a month which is fab

Plusnet mobiles answer to every problem you have is "we will send you a new sim card" hoping the problem will sort itself out over the week it takes for the sim card to arrive.

They dont care that you wont be able to use your phone.

If you are experiencing interference on some of your Freeview channels (digital terrestrial TV via an aerial), it may be caused by 4G at 800Mhz:

ive just seen this deal through uswitch for plusnet plus.net/mob…a0b

Plusnet sells through many different sites MSE, uswitch even Argos and also though it’s not admitted here all have slightly different offers just because something is posted here doesn’t mean it’s the best offer make sure you check else where.

I had 3.5gb for £8 unlimited text and 1000mins cancelled after a week because the signal was shocking! EE 👎🏻

Effortless to update to this tariff via live chat. Very pleased. Cheers op!

Just a word of warning, abroad in some countries plusnet doesn't work at all. No incoming sms, nada. I've just wasted 2h trying to fix it, to no avail. I'm in thailand, but similar probs in other countries - just google plusnet roaming abroad

exactly what I am experiencing - wish i never left Vodafone

I have this contract, the speed depends on where you live/work. I get a good 4g signal most of the time and sometimes 4g+. I believe only EE offfers 4g+ speeds.

Heat added I'm on this deal and have been with plusnet now for 9 months and have had no issues with them plus there customer service is good too

I’m back on Vodafone now

Customer service are very helpful and great when with comes to trouble. I was on 3GB for 7.50 they offered me 6GB for 10 quid. They use EE and it's got fair signal almost everywhere. I was with three for a year contract had a really sh8ty experience specially with Thier overseas customers services.

Did u go back on a contract or a 30day sim?

I'd be all over this if EE coverage in Milton Keynes wasn't so bad. This deal is so much better value than Giffgaff's goodybags.

Are you sure you have notified plusnet to enable roaming? Mrs had the same problem in Europe with Virgin even though they say roam like home.

I see mad cow disease is alive and kicking with you

800/900 MHz coverage generally gives good indoor coverage.
EE virtuals like Plusnet doesn't have access to EEs 800MHz network.

I found a deal 19pm for 16GB unlimited mins/calls + £100 amazon voucher + 12 months NowTV entertainment pass or 12 months SkySports mobile pass or 12 months Spotify Premium so all in all it’s costing me £29 for the year if you take in the consideration of the freebies

I'm on EE payg. I'm currently on 5gb data and 200 min and unlimited texts for £10 a month and the data and minutes can continually be increased with free boosts.

On my 3rd SIM card and still they can’t send me one that works

Are you sure it's not because your phone is locked to another network?

I literally just bought the prev same deal for £7 but 1500 mins instead of 3000

However I called this morning and the gentleman said he will upgrade it to 3.5gb unlit text and 2500 mins next month for £7/month so an even better deal!

Must say, excellent first impressions!
