Thank you

Agreed, many have been free for a while, but the list is getting longer. Thanks.

Any recommendations OP?

Appreciate you asked the OP not myself, but Beneath a Steel Sky is a steel (do you see what I did there? )!. Pun's aside, it's a great game as is Lure of the Temptress although both are dated.

Sang-Froid: Tales of Werewolves is good too, and is free on Steam as well: store.steampowered.com/app…es/

Unfortunately I haven't played any of them, however I have read that GWENT (a card game) is really good.

Yes, I found some of'em already in my library. Not gonna play it right away but the time will come when these will be very very useful.

Yeah I just mean they are always free once added. Posts that are always free and not time limited usually get moved into discussions rather than deals. They did make an exception for COD Warzone though

I would suggest Beneath A Steel Sky. Point and click stories don't date much compared with other genres. It's a decent one.

There is a sequel to BASS being developed just now.

And in passing, the guy behind these (Charles Cecil) was also involved in the Doctor Who adventure games the beeb did for free a few years back.
Are of these vr?
Beneath a steel sky, love it!!! One of Charles cecils first revolution games.
Sounds great but can you help me out.. Is GOG like steam and for pc gaming or is it for mobile gaming?

Lords of Midnight is fantastic. Fond memories of playing that on my Spectrum as a kid. Just a shame they did not take advantage of the PCs extra processing power to improve its visuals and give it a decent soundtrack.
Cool, there was 14 I hadn't claimed.
OMG Tyrian...so much time spent playing that one back in the day!! Thank you OP!

And the sequel Doomdarks Revenge. Classic strategy games, would strike fear when you wake up at dawn with the Ice lord armies staring at you.
Lure of the Temptress and Beneath A Steel Sky are great!

Not OP but I think Gwent is brilliant.
Tyrian & Jill of the jungle!
Thanks for posting
Played GWENT all the way up to the release and then they changed the meta and my one trick pony stopped working due to the nerf. Never went back to make a new deck. Might go back and try it out. It was an amazing experience and wasted about 3 months of my life. If you never played GWENT, try it out. Very fun once you get the hang of it.

Downloaded it ages ago, but never played it. It's highly regarded though, so don't doubt what you say is true. Personally I preferred the free reimagined (but unofficial) PC versions to this one, but for free who can complain?
Haha what a coincidence, I was thinking about finding my CD of flight of the amazon queen the other day, now I don't have to, haven't played it in many years. Great game, such an underrated point and click! Great deal !

Not sure if it's still in Beta or not, but GOG Galaxy 2(?) will allow you to launch games and keep them up to date in Steam and Origin, as long as they Steam etc. are installed, but acting as a single launcher
Sadly despite a few free games I've never purchased from GOG since 2014 as their customer support is awful. I missed a giveaway due to a tragic family emergency in 2014, but on my return bought a game I wanted and contacted customer services about the Magrunner free game which I'd missed by 6 hours (proof could have been offered regarding being out of my control/in hospital) CS rep Natalia basically said tough luck (in professional /polite terms). I've bought hundreds from Steam since instead. But yeah, my own "cool story bro"

Steam would have done exactly the same.

Most likely - but at the time I'd had no trouble with Steam and it seemed unfair especially when I wasn't in the best frame of mind.
It's water under the bridge now, I never bought the game and now don't even want it, but the experience left me with a permanent negative opinion of GoG customer service. So yep."cool story" rather than representative of a balanced opinion.
omg. Jill of the Jungle was one of the first games I played. Think I got it out from the library.
Thank you
