It is a link to edu store directly, so it's kind of a deal
That much for a system with only 8GB RAM, a 7200 HDD? Yikes.

Reckon pretty much everyone on the site can do this themselves after last weeks NUS Extra deal, lol
you can also change MK462B in the address to MK467B and MK468B if you want better configuration.

I guess this deal will get super cold, so I'll say it here,
NUS Extra is a scam.
You don't really anything,
just put whatever name, whatever university, whichever year, whatever subject, fake age, with your real photo, real post adress, you will get it.

Sure, you can often get student discount online, but its no use on the high street.

the discount is only 6%, isn't it?
out of curiosity, do students get a 15% discount on imac (or more than 6%)? what do they need for that?

I just had a quick check on mine since I am signed up to Unidays and the price I am quoted for this is £1,275.60 with student discount (Looking on MSE it seems that 6% is listed for staff and the higher amount for students. Unsure who else is eligible for the lower discount.)
