A GTX 1080 is about the only card that does well at 4k res at 60fps with AAA games. If you don't have that or anything close then I wouldn't bother with 4K until next gen or the gen after that.

1440p is the better option for gamers tbh
GTG might be 4ms. Guarantee response will be more like 20ms.
