1GB is getting to be just a little too small for me so found this deal. You'll need to go through Topcashback, but you'll get £15 cashback on an already pretty cheap £6/mth deal. Virgin Media use the EE network for service.

*** IMPORTANT*** Note you cannot see this deal on the VM site, unless you go through the Topcashback £6/mth deal cashback link.

Don't forget it's easier to switch now and still keep your number, details here hotukdeals.com/dea…785 thanks to @seaniboy

Nice deal, people don't like vm, some have had bad experiences, but I'm currently using virgin and it hasn't let me down.

Though I'm yet to experience their dreaded CS.

I well can imagine the CS is awful if helping someone with their Broadband is anything to go by. With luck the the only time I'll use it is to leave them!

Good deal, I'm with them, and no problems, I currently pay £10 for 10GB/5000mins/unlimted texts.

retention deal? In any case not available to anyone at the moment. You can get 6GB for £9 + £25 TCB.

SkyMobile offered me this via text...

Not a bad deal I just upgraded my daughters sim only contract through Plusnet. Hers was £5 per month 1.5gb unlimited text and calls but the internet wasn’t enough so they offered me for £10 unlimited text/calls 9gb internet I thought it was pretty good.

It's not really the same though is it, when you have to have a bundle with another service to get that price, while anyone with a TCB account can get this.

Well how do you get it then? It's not available through VM direct online, TCB or Uswitch.

...so not available to anyone without a time-machine then?
By that measure, I could pay £750.00 for a 3 bed semi in Cambridge city if I go back to 1934...

I don't know why you're getting so possessive about your 'deal'. No one's knocking it, just offering alternatives or mentioning what they offered not too long ago

Well it doesn't really help anyone to tell them about something they can't get does it? It gets a bit tedious on deals here TBH.

Good luck if you need them, below is the CEO customer service email address in case anyone needs it, though be aware they also take an age to reply

I was but moved to sky on the 50% deal. Paying £5 a month for 8gb of 4g data and all of it rolls over plus cheaper roaming. Especially SA where we holiday. Never had a problem with Virgin though.
Got a similar deal. 2gb data, 1500 mins and unlimited texts for £5 a month. No issues whatsoever with Virgin Mobile. Service has been great. Due to end in August

Virgin Mobile's CS is best I've experienced...
Poor 4G connection, and awful customer service, can't wait to change my contract.
Wont let me buy... after entering all the info, asks me to call 789 or Virgin Mobile on.....

Silly really , no explanation

I guess that's just your opinion. For me it has been the total opposite.
Anyone spotted a really low value BT sim only deal? I purely want it for BT Wifi in a dual-sim set-up?

I tried my luck today and it's not 2gb anymore
Only 1gb
be aware that VM will up the price (as do all other networks) in first few. months. issue is that they Jack it up way more than RPI. Like the guy who posted the £4 for 4/5gb mine also went up from £4 to £6 last year. You do need to play chicken and threaten to leave to get any deal with it. Got it down to £5 with a £20 credit when I threatened to leave a few.month ago.

Thanks. I do need it. Years of their appalling customer service, incorrect bills, broken agreements and constant price hikes have worn me down. Love the product but can no longer tolerate the poor customer care and hassle. I'm leaving and I'll use this email address to tell them why.
