50p /Kg in Sainsburys (British Granulated), smaller amount too if you don't want the cupboards over-filled

66 p in morrisons for a 1kg ,
Used to be 88p at Morrisons....but still a good price so heated

sugar stock now on very low level..thats why..brasilians are trying to make more ethanol due to better sale options. more and more bans in europe for sugar

This was 88p continuously for many months ("price crunched since 2016..." or something like that) until it increased to £1 possibly about two months ago. Interesting how people find prices to be "great" after they have increased lol. (The increase to £1 is a particularly good one to look for - people like round pound prices, usually very expensive prices indeed!)
