    Cheap, but I'd still spent the extra £1 and get it from Amazon for ease of returns.

    Is it worth it to spend an extra £50 for 7000 read/write speeds? Does it make a significant difference?

    They only make a difference if you spend a lot of time transferring large files (may help install games etc slightly quicker, not a big deal).
    OS/gaming/general use will be exactly the same.

    Drive with DRAM cache perform a little better, but the cheapest worth getting over this is £112. (edited)
