My 1TB unit has Hitachi internals

I believe its mains powered?

Anyhow, hot deal.

Got this one in 1TB for some reason like the WD version for simple looks and storage and quieter, hot though for price

It says £61 on the Today Only page but it comes up as £67 on the product's page

I have this from Amazon, good but a bit noisey both when just energised (ie idling but disc is always spinning) and when recording video the stepper motor is quite loud, you think someone is tapping on the table.so good price if you don't get niggled and if you can get free shipping, not the first time they have had this offer,Heat added!

Great find have some heat especially with the AC Ryan Playon!HD Mini2 Gigabit-Lan on the today specials means nice 4tb movie setup for under £200.00

Blimey that's cheap

It's a gamble what drive is inside, I've seen various Hitachi, Samsung & WD drives in the HD-E2.0TU2-UK.

The one I got recently from Scan was a Seagate Drive.

Good to know there are a mixture of drives. A family member's 1TB version was impressively quiet, will find out what I have soon!
