Plus, your plan also also includes additional Sync Folder Storage of the same Cloud Cloud Space value, so you can set up Sync Folder(s) between your PC, Laptop, Tablet or Mobile, ie, Virtual Hard Drive or SD Card in the Cloud.

example the 5TB Plan will give you 5TB of Back Up Space and an additional 5TB of Sync Space, totaling 10TB Cloud Space in all.

Few Days only, so be quick, could expire at anytime.

Good price for Professional Cloud Back Up and Storage, good reviews, discount is for first year only, but that gives you a whole year to play around or use as temporary Storage and see if it works for you, not bad for a Fiver in my view.

Well, if you can get 2TB of Secure Cloud Storage for FREE outside of China, then let us know.

Its the same Link, gives you the Option when Signing Up, worked ok for me.
Great price but it is only for the first year to hook you in, thereafter is $69 per year. Many cloud storage deals are like this.

Why does it matter it is in China as long it has good availability and employs user encryption key and encrypted at source before upload. Is US any better?

Enter details & payment, is the 5TB for $9 on the following page then, assuming they
do not whip your payment first?

As above, cannot see the 5tb option.

If they go tits up with all your data, who're you going to complain too? All the encryption in the world won't help you get your data back.

Think the guy above who got the 100gb was with zoolz? Provide amazon with their service I believe
Agree you are tied in or I am as I don't change around suppliers
Thanks!
How do you sign up for the 5Tb account? It doesn't give me any options at signup.

Having seen Zoolz with their cheap first year and free storage, what happens when they go tits up, you are YOU going to complain to when you lost your data. Get the picture yet?
Voted cold because what happens in Year 2? You pay 10 times the price, that's what. Or go through the hassle of uploading everything somewhere else. Factor in the price in year 2 and beyond before you choose a cloud service.
It will take a year to upload your 2TB. What happens after when the offer expires?
There are some stupid comments in this thread.

Yes you can get free storage elsewhere but if you need more than the small amounts offered for free, you have to pay something and you get to test this for a fiver, for a year, instead of £50 or so.

Backup is important to get right so being able to test a service with this level of storage, for such a low price and for such a long time, is a very good deal.

Isnt it a back up service, so if they do fold, get new backup provider?

If someone is using 2Tb of cloud storage for anything OTHER than a backup copy of data then they deserve to lose it......
I don't see a way of getting to the 5TB deal - can someone provide a direct link?
Here’s the 5TB deal - same price as the 2TB!!!

Thanks - all registered for 5TB at an astonishing price - they even send you a drive apparently, to post back (i'd hope encrypted) to save on bandwidth & upload time. To say I'm impressed is understating it.
Better set a 12 month reminder though, as I imagine the refresh cost will come as a shock... peace of mind for a year for the price of beer is not bad... voted hot

Thats great I'll try and update the Original Post as a few have messaged me for the 5TB Deal deal.

Edit:, its saying the 5TB same price deal is only for CrashPlan Home users, did the sign up work as normal?
Edited by: "zirk" 15th Dec 2017
Oh, well dunno what the difference is? That's what I signed up for, first time with this company - no idea what a CrashPlan Home user is...
There's 100gb free with Degoo. I'm currently in Nepal and managed to backup around 9gb to their servers pretty quickly (on rather lousy wifi).
Also 50gb with mega nz.
As things stand, these are both enough for what I need as it's for backing up photos and videos from my trip whilst I'm away (I already have multiple copies with me here) but any other suggestions are welcome. When I'm at home I have a spare 2tb drive that I back up onto and give to a family member, just in case.

I was able to sign up for the 5Tb deal no problems. Thanks Zirk and Sheepworrier!
Tempted, but can anyone report on uploading to one of these plans recently. There are several forum reports of very VERY slow speeds in recent months which isn't going be eased by a rush of new subscribers under this deal.

Well Ive just backed up my C Drive, its was only around 60gb as I partition my Hard Drives, no idea on the actual speed as I left it to get on with it overnight, but it was completed in the morning.

I also backed up my OneDrive account, that was around 160gb, thats completed, again no idea on speed though as it will be the OneDrive Server talking directly to the iDrive Server, OneDrive inst exactly quick in my experience.

I also played with the Andriod, first backed all my Pics on the Root, and then backed the SD Card on the Phone (64gb) that did take a bit longer, as I ticked only on WiFi option in the App, so was only backing it when not on the move, but again its completed

It is a little bit slow TBH, only using about 7Mbps of my 19Mbps upstream. However, that shouldn't really matter after the original backup which you can just leave overnight or whatever. From then on, it's going to be just some small additions here and there for most people.

This is why I'm investing in a NAS, more control and faster connection. Can maybe get 4TB in raid 1 for around 400 pounds. Definitely a big investment at the start.

Yeah that's definitely true
Numerous nightmare experiences with them, including slow, no support, deleting accounts without informing users, etc etc:
