That's a lot of linux distros

I'm guessing Usenet is basically the place to go for the rarer, older content?
Ok only 55 connections max but Newshosting doing unlimited special for $2.99/mo ?

Good if you're a heavy user but this deal is superb for occasional users as no expiry on the allocation.

There are apps/programs that can poll usenet as often as you want and so automatically download when something hits your watch list. Have a NAS drive running 24/7 so its automatic and so 2 days is sufficient

I use Sonarr with my torrent client to auto download stuff so no need for me to pay for newsgroups anymore.
I've used newsgroupdirect for years. Good deals to be had this black friday.
Thanks op! What softwares good to use with this to search and download

Guess it depends on whether you want to be anonymous via usenrt ssl unlike Torrents where you are sharing and traceable

Also, usenet will max out your download

Can't really go wrong at 0.375p per GB

Sure back in the 90s, now usenet is simpler to use than torrents.

Where do you find NBZs? Sorry, last time i used usenet it was years ago with Usenext
NGD though only completes recent for me since January. Yet TheCube is usually good up to 3 years. Same reseller path too which I don’t understand?
I got the cube on 2TB for $12.50 BF deal this week

Used to use newsgroups but find Qbittorent does what I need now and is free, if i recall the download client I used years ago was pulled, it used to be so easy there where even comments on what the quality was like. Just cant remember the name of that proggy.

Coming soon: "Usenet boxes" in your local cornershop and Single mums posting on facebook about how they get free films for the kids..

Joking obviously, Usenet will never die but honestly posting deals doesn't help. Tge Usenet community know how to get data without searching HUKD.

Yes, years ago that may have been the case.

The secret is to use two or more non expiring block accounts from different parts of the initial supplier tree. See the diagram on the initial post. Takedowns do happen but not all suppliers react at the same rate or if at all. Also, most of the kind of posts that could be taken down are now uploaded as obfuscated files, which means the content is not easily determined at the server.

Been using Usenet for ever and recently can't remember the last time I haven't been able to obtain the download I wanted.
Cheers op nice little deal.

I personally use NL servers, quite slow on takedowns

But remember it's 0day warez anyway
Thanks OP. Been feeling a bit annoyed that I'm paying per month and only occasionally using. This is a much better way to do it
NGD are also matching competitors BF deals, including BulkNews 6TB for 15Euros:

Why did you go with bulknews when it's £50 for 1TB?
Guys, not used usenet for 4 years now as been on a private plex server. However now I feel like I need more 4k HDR film content. What's the best site to get 4k HDR from, or are they all the same. TIA.
