Very cancelled so many orders for the Ps4 deals in the last week, so, many people ended up without a Ps4 because of it. Work it out.

you might of but many others have not so that doesn't get away from the fact that lots of people have orders cancelled fro no reason and had trouble getting money back.

decent price... shouldn't be cold, although understand if people got stung by previous deal. I cant imagine everyone who voted cold tho missed out on a ps4, bit of sheep syndrome going on I expect.

Sainsburys deal posted 2 days ago, same price was mega hot.

Actually £1 more, or thereabouts.

Lucky i ordered 1x 500gb & 1x 1TB and they where both delivered with games but i think it was because i ordered within an hour of the deals going live. I checked the site the next day around midday and they where still in stock to order but then disappeared so they removed them. The orders appear on my account but you cant click on the picture of the product because its been removed and this has happend on previous products i have ordered including a Asus Tablet, Trainers, Pots Pans etc... There have been some good price errors but you just have to order quick so they can be dispatched asap so less time for them to cancel.

there is no avoiding that very are terrible. Even if a deal is good very will do something to make the experience bad. Like they charge you the full amount then refund the difference a week later without explaining the process. Just random stuff like that. They are a badly managed company and if you can buy from anywhere else I would do so. But if they have an awesome deal and you're willing to take a chance on some grief then worth a try I guess. £60 for 2 isn't bad. But if you only need 1 I'd pay £35 on one of the other sites and skip this lot.

What particularly annoyed me about the very ps4 experience was they told me it was being delivered. So I stayed in waiting for it all day. Rang them for an update on why it said it was being delivered that day but still showed as processing. Waited like 10 minutes for an idiot who "accidently" hung up on me for no reason. And then I check the site and it tells me it's no longer available. Not even an email to say it was cancelled. So from being delivered that day to no longer available! how do you work that out. Any decent company would have marked it as processing, then cancelled. I would have been fine with that, mistakes happen. I finally got an email yesterday to say my promo code had been cancelled because it was out of stock. They are laughable.

Don't forget you need to open a credit account with them to get £25 discount.
Cold from me . Sainsburys deal was better.

yuck. opening credit account needed.

If you are refering to the satus of the order as 'order being processed' then the order is being verified and checked but can also be cancelled (New & Existing customers). If you are a new customer your application approval could be instant but as always with credit it can take a long time due to them needing more information aswell as being refused and cancelled. When i ordered the 2 PS4s on BNPL it showed 'order being processed but changed to accepted after 20-30min.

The status of the order was "Your order will be delivered on Friday". When I checked the tracking link it hadn't been updated since Thursday and still said order being processed by supplier. So it was far from clear. It's not unusual for items to be delivered before the tracking info gets updated. It is unusual to be told your item will be delivered that day when they haven't even checked for stock.

Just ordered all gone through !

there's a few unhappy customers over on the Sainsbury's thread...
