We had this in menu in Sheffield last week...........was great value, but you would be pretty hungry to eat 3 courses, the portions were pretty impressive. Also the kids menu was great too and really good value including a drink for the kids:thumbsup:

I'm gonna vote luke-warm, went to the Blackburn branch just before New Years, prices were wayyyy too high, took an hour between courses, in the end, got the desserts knocked off (which came to £50) but overall....bad experience and terrible food.

Very hot deal I must say though ... a bottomless soft drink and 3 courses - total £10.90 ... sick

Do they still do mash potato? (best mash potato ive ever had hmm.....)

Wait does three course mean 1 appetiser, 1 main item and 1 dessert?

If you sign up you'll also get sent a voucher for a free Fiesta Nachos.....although can't be used with this offer, but good if you're going on an evening or weekend.

exact same deal at frankie and bennys which is the sister restaurant. 3 courses lunch menu plus unlimited refills on soft drinks and coffee.

That is pretty much the total opposite of my last visit, The staff were all really friendly, they refilled drinks without being asked, the manager brough a free bowl of natchos to every table when people first sat down, The food was lovely and yes, there was a wait between courses but i like that as i hate the feeling im being rushed in and out, voted HOT il be there tomorrow

great deal

Had this twice over the last few weeks at the one on the Leisure Park in Longwell Green.

Really impressed, first time ordered the Fiesta Nachos and Chicken Fajitas. I was full after just the Nachos! Both courses were full size unlike the Frankie & Bennie’s lunch menu next door which give much smaller portions! I’d defiantly not be able to manage 3 courses, I think I actually skipped dinner that night.
Last time I ordered just the Chicken Fajitas! I cant remember the exact price but its just over a fiver, but I challenge anyone to find another restaurant that does a large good quality portion of fresh sizzling fajitas that taste fantastic for that kind of price!

Defiantly voted hot from me!

Last time i went in the evening i paid around £12.99 just for the fajitas

Went to Chiquito in Basildon a couple of months ago. Food was awful. Will not go back again.

not been there for a good 2 years was lovely tho, im also pretty sure that had the same deal when i went. unless its back...

Personally If I were to go for this sort of deal Id go to Frankie and Bennies, last time I went to Chiquitos we returned our food it was cold, and vile. The manager even told me that there are things on the menu he wouldnt even touch, he recommended the best dishes for an exchange, but TBH........they were still ****!

Not for me thanks!

Last two times I have been to Chiquito I have had terrible experiences. I decided to stay away from it.

I went to the Manchester one... the chicken paella was horrible... didn't taste fresh at all... it arrived too quickly to have been cooked fresh, as well.

Pecan Pie was nice.

A good experience the last time I went, great food, great service!

Hot from me!

Just incase anyone was wondering, this is a new lunchtime menu. I live walking distance to a Chiquito’s & Frankie & Bennies (Same company) so visit more than the average person probably does.
The old lunch menu was awful, this is ten times better but it still depends what you get. Things like Fajitas are cooked freshly, other items as with a lot of budget restaurants (you would be surprised how many) will be frozen pre-made food.
After going there for the occasional business lunch I would never consider paying full price for any food at ether of these restaurants, that’s why the lunch menu’s are defiantly the way forwards. If you have had a bad experience give the lunch menu a try, as the restaurants are generally quieter so better service and the price is great!
