This company is such a scam they will raise your subscrtion price without giving you notification even tho it says they will in their T&C, and when complain they just ignore your emails.

What happened when you spoke to them face to face?
They can’t increase it without your consent, my 12 months ran out in may & when ask about my renewal they say the price will be the same.

Well they have at the beginning of this year, and no notice was given, l even ask them to provide me with a copy of the notice and it been month now and they haven't even bothered to respond.

yes l think l will, did quick Google and it seems they have done the same to others as well.
Use a throwaway email and burner number as you will get hounded by their sales dept like you've never been before. How on earth do they think no will mean anything else and persistent calling will help turn you
