Please don't compare these to Yeelight. I have both, and Hue is by far the best supported amongst my smart applications.

With all these offers on these types of bulbs I believe they will seriously drop in a month or two.

Just to point out before anyone starts adding items to their basket it is not a mix and match offer. All items added to basket within the offer have to be the same and as another member pointed out there is a minimum spend. Waiting for the Amazon mix and match offer without minimum spend again. Voted hot though.

What is the min spend for? It worked just fine for me at less than that.

When it says control from your phone does that mean I need to buy a complete set or just the bulbs 💡
I'd love to get these, but we have a lamp with R7s bulbs, and our overhead is a WG G9 bulb... Literally impossible to get smart lights for them

You'll need the Hue bridge to control them from your phone. Ideally get one of the Hue starter kits (with this included) then you can just add more bulbs
3 for 2 only seems to be on 3 specific ambient screw-in bulbs.
Currys also doing a 3 for 2 on a small range.

Why buy Kelloggs cornflakes when the asda price smart price cornflakes or tescos value cornflakes are the same and cost less. In fact replace every meal wirh them as they contain added vitsmins and minerals. Why buy a Valentine's card when you can get a tescos one for free

Why buy a premium smart phone when the Alcatel pixi works just as well and is £10

Why buy a house when you can buy a large caravan

Why buy a £30000 car when you can have 5-8 proton myvis.

I can go on

What you're really saying is you can't afford Hue.

That's only relevant if they are the same product but just branded differently. Fish fingers and chicken nuggets could be made in the same factory, doesn't make then the same product!
Ladies ladies, keep your nickers on!!!!, All this for a friging bulb

I have six Yeelight and ten Hue. They are individually good for the reasons I purchased them. The Hue allow me to copy what's on my laptop and change the colour of the room to match the screen. The Yeelight do not. The Yeelight have a much better wakeup function for the early morning "Sunrise" setting.

Probably more like updated bulbs coming out soon and they are clearing inventory for them, no deals seem to be had on lamps.

Behave yourself and understand the technology! Nothing and I mean nothing else on the market works better than Hue!

Are Yeelights HomeKit enabled? If not then they are as much use to me as a chocolate teapot. A unicycle is a cheap mode of transport but I wouldn't choose one over a Nissan Leaf for my morning commute.

.... and if they are HomeKit enabled sign me up!
