Is Zindabad like, really really bad, dood?

Ha Ha!!!!!!! if you are joking

It actually means Long live either said to a person or about a country or some movement like freedom movement Zindabad.

I think( If some scholar would like to explain it better) it has two syllables Zind Abad meaning Zind=Body Abad=Liberated

Probably a regional offer. Plenty available at local Pakistani grocer … Probably a regional offer. Plenty available at local Pakistani grocer shops but they're not cheap this year - around £6 a box or £10 for larger box

They had them in Beckton Gallions Reach and Green St upton park if anyone is near there.....

I love to make mango shake with these ....
wash and peel them dice them up and put milk in ice cube tray and place them in a freezer once ready or when ever you feel like put them in a blender that will not break the blades... keep toping up with cold milk until desired taste is achieved I suggest 1.5 cup for an average mango. You won't need sugar if mangoes are sweet and these ones are if matured(yellow colour and smells so fragrant you want to eat them right there). I also add few drops of vanilla as well.

    Enjoy...

Pakistani mangoes? I'd rather not contribute to their economy.

you do realise the bulk of the sportswear sold in the UK is made in Pakistan.

Pakistan at risk for EU mango import banDiscovery of fruit fly infested … Pakistan at risk for EU mango import banDiscovery of fruit fly infested mangoes in one of the shipment from Pakistan in the United Kingdom (UK) has threatened import of Pakistani mangoes to the European Union this year. Concerned authorities in Pakistan had made bold claims that all the necessary measures have been taken to ensure quality control of the Pakistani mangoes in a bid to increase the export of the exotic fruit to EU in be presence of ban on Indian mangoes. The Department of Plant Protection (DPP) decided to stop exporting mangoes to UK and EU without hot water treatment with immediate effect.UK’s Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra) on June 17 inspected a shipment of mangoes from Pakistan it was found infested with fruit fly. This is the first case of fruit fly infestation of Pakistani mangoes. If four more such shipments are found, EU will impose the ban on the import of Pakistani mangoes.Department of Plant Protection (DPP) has taken precautionary measures to avoid any possible EU ban and have decided to export only those mangoes which have received the hot water treatment to kill all the fruit flies.Pakistan earned about $25 million by exporting mangoes to EU during 2013 mango season. EU earlier had banned Indian mangoes and it is an opportunity for Pakistani mango producers to fill the gap with good quality and better tasting mangoes from Pakistan.

Mangoes are on crazy rates on Ilford lane, for a decent pack you have to cough up £13 last year they were £6 for the same pack.

I am not buying from them on principle, will check tesco seven kings tomorrow hope they have some.

Seriously, though, they're a different species. Normally, in the UK, we'd get Indian ones (Bombay) but the Pakistani variety is called Chaunsa. There's quite a difference in flavour, so that'll be down to personal preference.
