Review, oh dear! YouTube review

Seems like a faulty one, but I wouldn't expect much either way.

This one seams to be working as expected.

[Video] This one seams to be working as expected.

All that this video shows is that the lights work, the nebuliser works and that there is some air movement. And the earlier video shows the same. What that video review says is that the user can't feel any difference. Whereas this one makes no claims at all.
So we as far as evidence that there is any cooling effect goes, we have one review that claims nothing and a second that makes no statements at all.
In the 2nd video you can see the humidifier but being blown out. The first one is not operating as designed.

I checked other videos too. They're all favorable. The first one is the only negative one I've seen.

The normal noise range for modern fridge freezers is 32-47 dB. Anything quieter than 40 dB is considered to be a quiet model, especially as this is the noise level for libraries!

Sample size not big enough
Well, just for a bit of feedback it has now arrived:
Unfortunately, the reports that the air flow is weak are completely true. At about 50cm away there is some breeze but any further it's barely perceivable! Not a very useful item but my son's enjoyed playing with it as a toy so for £20 (no customs ) it's an OK buy.

Yeah I agree airflow is weak but it is OK for the office if you're next to it (like I am)
For £20 its OK but not worth more than that
This fan is useless.
Cant even lift an A4 piece of paper right in front on it, with the third (highest) speed setting.
