Does it say this anywhere? Even if you can't though, it's still a nice deal

Click on home, refer a friend, then already recomended:

Here you need to put a persons number whos allready on THREE, you will both get £30 each

Yes I know, but I mean the quidco will probably get declined. Ask Carol in the quidco thread. You're trying to get £30 but risking the £80.

gah my contract with Orange doesnt run out until july. This is a good deal. My H is with 3 and has not had a problem with them. Orange are pants at times!

I have claimed the RAF and Quidco before from Three in the past. Nothing on Quidco says the cashback will be declined if you use the RAF aswell.

Original Poster

same here, my quidco and refer a friends always gone through fine.

Can you do Refer a friend when you purchase instore?

It does say somewhere that in general if you use a refer a friend offer then it's likely that quidco won't get paid. It seems that "3" still pay so hopefully they'll pay this time too.

RAF and quidco worked for me 3 times so far - never failed

This is what I have been waiting for great find

"3 to UK landline (Flat rate) £0.12 per minute
3 to 3 UK (Flat rate) £0.12 per minute
3 to other UK mobile networks (Flat rate) FREE per minute"

I don't get this bit, why is it 12p per minute to call 3 but to call other mobile networks is free? And how long for free? I thought this bit was for outside your allowance as you have 1100 mins of allowance which would mean the calls to landlines and 3 mobiles would be free too.

I noticed this too - i think it must be a misprint and possibly a get out of the contract change that might come in handy - i have done a screen dump just incase

Good spot, lol, i see trouble ahead !

Maybe it says free as you get 300 minutes per month to "3" for free. Try saying that quickly!

Either way a misprint/

Great deal. Unfortunately for me I'm already with three and never even thought to enter friends numbers who are on three to benefit from the £30 credit each. Ah

yes but its not the 3 to 3 calls that it is saying is free

I'm on 3 and have just sent one of my refer a friend messages to a friend (I'm giving him £20 of my £30 back - seems fair). But how can he also use quidco? He has to click on my link first and then go to quidco? Other way round? Confused as to how this works (p.s. he is already a quidco member)...

Already described above isn't it?

Goood offer if you dont mind a naff phone...otherwise you gotta pay more for video calls that you probably dont need.

no, i was asking for a way to do both on his first application (he's not yet a 3 customer)? i.e. he uses my RAF and goes thru quidco at the same time. I don't think that is poss, right?

When I signed up to Three last month through Quidco I had my friends number ready to enter but the box to enter it in never came up when I was ordering.

Does the box only come up if you go back to the home page and go through the refer a friend link?

On a different topic - After I received my phone I sent an email to Three saying that they are false advertising on their website (basically it says on the website that Skype, MSN and some other things are free on "whatever plan you pick" it doesn't state any exceptions but they aren't free on Texter plans) anyway I got £5 credited to my account for any inconveniance caused.

yes, maybe. It would make sense. They must have a system in place like this to prevent what is essentially two separate cashback offers going through at the same time. BTW, my friend is taking up the 300 mix and match offer so he is better off using RAF - he gets £30 back on his account, and when 3 credit me with my £30 I'll give him £20. he makes £50, I make £10. 3 get a new customer. Everyone's happy!

other than the N73 (which I already have and hate) will any of the free Nokias run TomTom ?

thanks

I complained about this also...never got £5 though.:whistling: Nokia 6500 cant handle skype as yet i'm told.

I also complained about the January 2008 Three booklet I got from the 3 Shop in Derby. It stated in the terms and conditions that the free minutes on the £20 Texter plan could be used on video calls.

ok i have ordered the nokia 6500 classic - i have also gone through quidco and recommend a friend - i will see if quidco tracks if it doesnt im going to send the phone back.

Also just to add I dont think they do a credit search on your file if you are already a 3 customer as I have credit expert and it hsnt come up - it did this last time aswell.

Hi guys. Would really appreciate some advice. My contract with Voda runs out in the next few days. If I ring up and get my PAC code, how do I take it with me to this contract?

take out the contract then ask voda for you pac code - when your three phone arrives give three voda's pac code by dialling 333 on your new handset - it will take about 5-7 days to go over but three will give you the go live date - worked fine with me.

Good question, i wanna do the same
