This 3 month gold membership for Xbox LIVE offers a wide range of fantastic benefits from online multiplayer gaming and downloadable video games to exclusive privileges and rewards from Xbox LIVE marketplace. So go on and go for the gold!
Community Updates
So my Xbox live ran out today. Purchased from CD Keys - 3 months for £8.99 less 5% for paying with Apple Pay or using the Facebook discount. So came down to £8.54

You can then get an extra month for free when you redeem on Xbox by ‘setting up on direct debit’. It offers you the extra month when redeeming. (obviously cancel the direct debit from your Xbox account once redeemed)

Might help some others out, as I’d been paying something like £5.99 per month on Microsoft’s DD before. This only works out to around £2.15 per month.

Good find and post
Thanks Buzz! Will come in handy with xbox one.
Thanks OP, got a second-hand S yesterday, and got a 1 month free trial offer on the home screen today, so this is well-timed.
My son is 3 days into a free 2 week trial of Xbox Live Gold (previous owner gave him the card). Would I be able to buy this 3 month membership now and add it on, or do I have to wait for the 2 weeks to be finished before I can buy this? Thank you.
Don’t have Facebook could someone be kind a pass on code please
What's the crack with the Facebook code? I'm sure I read somewhere on here you could only apply it to two orders but wasn't there a time when you could apply it all the time and it would get you a discount? Has that all stopped now?
Thanks
Just in time for tomorrow’s renewal. Bought a couple so hope they’re stackable. Thanks op.
They are stackable. Mine has until late 2020

Thank you. On my email it does say at the bottom that they are not stackable, but will try it anyway. If, by chance, it won't let me stack the code, will I still get the full 3 months if I add it at the end of my son's two week trial (won't lose two weeks of the 3 months, seeing I bought it today)? Thank you.

FYI, I also got a 5% discount for using Apple Pay so did not have to do Facebook codes.
Bought 2 codes went to add to my account i don't have auto renew turned on and was offered an extra month to turn auto renew on cancelled it straight away added second code got same offer again so ive got 8 month gold for £18 not bad. And could still turn auto renew off.

Edit ended up buying a 3rd code got 12 months for £27

If you buy it now and redeem it today it will give you three months only. You can't stack the code on top of the trial as far as I'm aware. Happened to me recently.
Perfect, needed to renew. Cheers

I have downloaded on my PC the link in my email and it has given me the code to enter. However, I have not gone on to the Xbox to add the code yet - does this mean that I have not actually redeemed it yet (entered the code on my son's Xbox). Or does it mean that as I have downloaded the link on my PC to get the code, that is classed as redeeming it today (even though I have not entered it on the Xbox)? Sorry, a bit confused as this is the first Xbox that I have had in the house for my son and the first membership that I have bought from CDKeys. Thank you.

It's redeemed once you put it into the Xbox. The link was just for you to see the code.

Once u redeem it the 3 month starts at that point.
Also, you can't stack this on top of a Xbox Live Trial.
Good luck.

Sorry, does that mean that I have wasted £8.54 and won't be able to now use the code as my son was given (by the previous owner) a 2-week trial of Xbox Live Gold? If that's the case, do you know if I will be able to get my money back from CDKeys? Thank you.

Just been reading up about this. If I add the code the day after the two week trial ends, will my son lose the free games that he has downloaded for being a member of XBox Live, or will they reactivate the day that he adds another code? Thank you.

The paid for codes dont stack with free trials. Wait for the free trial to end then use the code. Did this with my new xbox and lost the 1 month free trial :-(
Thanks OP

Weird, I didn't lose mine. Started a 1 month free trial yesterday, then applied the 3 month code, and also got offered a free month for turning auto-renewal on (so 5 months total). Now when I go to turn off auto-renewal, it says my last day of Gold is 22 July.
How is this a hot deal when a 12 mth sub is regularly £30 or less? Is it because it’s an editor’s deal?

Show me where you can get 12 month gold less than £30 from a reputable uk business? Stacked with the free month some have reported this works out £27 for 12 month.

Plus not everybody buys 12 months at a time. I normally do but this deals made it cheaper to buy these and they stack

1. I said reputable company selling not gifting as part of an extra purchase
2. No guarantee you will receive a code as there limited.
3. Seems more fecking about renting a movie to hopefully get a gold membership than getting actual membership

4. Still is not cheaper than through cdkeys as mentioned i paid £27 for 12 months. I already had 5 month of gold too and had no problem stacking.

What colour is the sky on your planet??

You were moaning that not everyone wants 12mth but you have it

You moan that this deal is good yet you actually bought 12mth cheaper.

You ask where it can be bought for less than £30 then go on to say you bought it for £27.

I give in

Blue

I said not everyone wants 12 month.
You moaned why do people buy 3 month.

I bought 12 month through this deal if you read whats been put.

Yes you have still failed to show where 12 month can be bought for less than £30 other than via this deal stacking codes, and with the added month extra.

And i awaiting you moaning more.

Trollolololol
Got to love this hukd app. I follow buzz and have notifications for anything with up to 20 different combinations of xbox in the search field possibilities including gaming in general, I never saw this the first time around. Thanks OP for bringing to my attention.

My son is currently working through a free two-week trial and I have bought this deal. So, if I understand rightly, I have to wait for the free trial to run out before I can add this 3-month code. Others are saying that when I enter the 3-month code I should get an offer of a free month if I set up a debit and turn on auto renew. If I accept the one month free as well but don't want it to auto renew at the end, how far into that month can I cancel the auto renew? Just wondering that if I cancel the auto renew when my son is still using the 3-month code (before the one-month extra starts), the free one-month extra will be cancelled automatically - is that correct? Thank you.
