This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:

From Monday 28th October until Friday 1st November you will be able to receive £3 off a £10 spend or £5 off a £20 spend at McDonald's when you purchase via the app. Each offer is one-time use per person only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Link to terms and conditions (including excluded stores from the promotion)

Each Offer is only valid when ordered via the "Deals" section of the My McDonald's App by clicking on the button describing the relevant Offer in that section and then by placing your order for at least the corresponding spend amount (£10 or £20) at a participating McDonald's restaurant between 00:01 on 28th October 2019 until 23:59 on 1st November 2019 inclusive, following which the order may be collected at that participating restaurant. The corresponding save amount (£3 or £5) will be discounted from the purchase price prior to payment

This math doesn't add up, why am I saving less as a percentage if I spend more?
I'll stick to the Burger King app and their far better ongoing deals

Good deal if you need this much food but spending that much for just …Good deal if you need this much food but spending that much for just yourself is greedy and that's normally when I'd do it! The best value at McDonalds are the Savers (e.g. Double Cheeseburger x2!) or Wrap of the Day, plus you skip the calorific part - the chips, if you do it this way.

I always thought the D in HUKD was deals, not diet???
Think it'd be cheaper just to use the Burger + Fries for £1.99 vouchers* as they work out to be about 55% off
(Bigmac, 1/4lb'er etc are £3.29 at my local and £1.09 for the Fries = £4.38)

*either from the Metro paper or receipt survey

Do they put the prices up if you order on the app?

I was always under the impression with diets that if you didn't pay for the food it doesn't count in terms of calories - so if you spend £10 but only pay £7, those free £3 worth of food don't need the calories logged . Truth be told, I like McDonalds but not sure I could eat £10 worth on my own.
Our locals always get completely bamboozled by the app. It's not worth the hassle at all.
Are they still doing the free cheeseburger for new users?
The apps rubbish, especially if you use the drive through. Makes you go inside and wait ten minutes.

Yeah these are all over the place, and a better deal than this.

I just ignore that and the drive thru guys sort it for you.
Heat @reindeer333 - last time they did this the app stopped working. Hopefully not this time
Heat added. Unfortunately no more free cheeseburgers, and now Signature Collection is axed so I find myself going to McDonald's less

Looks like ordering 2x £10 orders works out cheaper than 1 order of £20, just use multiple accounts

What a time to be alive.

do they sell anything edible?

"From Monday 28th October", not account specific just not live yet

do they sell anything edible?

McDonalds are an American based fast food establishment with over 1,000 premises in the U.K. To name a few of their products which are edible: burgers, chips, chicken nuggets, chicken wraps, vegetarian patty filled burgers and wraps, salads, ice cream, coffee, soft drinks.

You should try the food sometime. Maybe using this app as a good incentive ?

I find the toy in the Happy Meal a bit chewy, but i've not found one that's beaten me yet
Might come in handy for my mate, he literally spent £15 on food for himself last Saturday!
That's like the Argos version of sales in restaurant version

It does from McDs perspective.

£3 off £5 = one app install
£5 off £20 = still only one app install

Why would they offer better deal?
Why is this the hottest deal of the day? A bit of money off cruel food?

And food
These seem to be coming around a lot, I guess i'll only get McDonalds when this offer is live.
