3202803.jpg150MB FREE: Granted it’s only for 48 hours from recharge but with the 50p Daily Internet for 120MB add-on this may work out with greater flexibility much cheaper than the the free 200MB Broadband Reward Sim given the other add-ons available on regular Three payg. Useful to top up for 150MB/48 hrs data and the £5 recharge in my3 that doesn’t expire, sat nav/maps/email or just minimal messaging apps cheap as chips - including in EU (EU roaming stays with Three regardless of Brexit) free regular payg sim three.co.uk/Sup…der

3202803.jpg500MB/£2.99: All Three payg Broadband including existing Broadband 200MB Data Reward plans now offer 30 days/500MB for £2.99 ontop of your free 200MB. Previously only non Data Rewards payg Broadband sims could get the £2.99/500MB offer, this has now beeen simplified that all payg Broadband customers get the 500/£2.99 add-on Free sim here: three.co.uk/Fre…der

Either way you can save some cash on free data & data add on usage as a spare or regular sim.

So are you minimal 700MB for £2.99 on payg Broadband Data Reward or 270MB for 50p with flexibility around regular Three payg add-ons ? The choice is yours!

3/2/1p rates remain unchanged.

Love 3 but why on their regular PAYG do they have an add-on for 500MB for £5 when at 1p per MB 500MB is £5 already, makes more sense not buying the add-on then if you don't use the full 500MB you save money.
Would make more sense if they brought the new £2.99 500MB add-on to the normal PAYG as well (hint hint 3 )

The £5 one is legacy as olderThree Pay as you go plans only offer the Daily or 30 day internet at 50p/£5, some used to have weekly too. I agree £2.99 for 500mb sounds great on normal payg!

the Data Rewards SIM gives 200MB free every month and it doesn't have a 48hr expiry

Heat added as 500mb for £2.99 isn't bad at all.
I remember when their top up rewards lasted a full 90 days and included data, calls & texts while also giving unlimited free Skype access over their network.

It also doesn’t give the full Flexibility of Three payg, that’s why I posted both deals under the new changes,120MB of data for 50p for 24 hours x 2 with a free 150MB will work out cost effective for some people, for others 200MB and/or 500MB for £2.99 for the month works out better.

Ah I see. Heat added

So what doesn't the 200MB SIM offer, as far as flexibility is concerned?

All the add-ons are more expensive and have a maximum of 7GB data for £35 whereas a normal SIM would be unlimited data for £35.

So, unless you want to go over 7GB in a month, it's not really a question of flexibility, it's just that it would be a little bit more expensive.

It's more expensive on all add ons, that was just an example.

That's what I thought you were saying but you mentioned that the 200MB SIM was less flexible to begin with. Was that just because the biggest block of data you can buy is 7GB or was there some other restriction(s) you know of that made you say that?

37443665-Gu1tm.jpgI have just got this sim from a thread on here, if I top up £10/15 does my money stay on sim card .ore than 30 days, this is just going g to be a secondary sim in my dual sim phone but I thought this sim kept the money on it I topped up for as long as I leave it or until I use it but it doesn't say anything like that on packaging? The thread I got this of said the money stays on sim until I decide to use it but no mention of this on envelope???

The money will remain, but the number is subject to being disconnected if no chargeable action is made every 6 months.
