Works out to 25p a can - on offer right now at Asda and Morrisons.

Ones at Asda:

Ones at Morrisons:

Outside of the debate around the health risks of drinking coke - the impending sugar tax means the price is going to up pretty soon. Might want to stock up before that happens.

I saw the Pepsi Max x 24 packs for £5 in Sainsburys today.
Hotness, just out of the Christmas eve tesco 30 for £6 ones, so thanks for heads up!

Also 25p a can still at Farmfoods for those that have one, on both diet and coke, 2 x 18, 36 cans £9
Our local Morrisons sell the smaller size cokes 1.5l @ 2 for £2.50 now instead of the 1.75L @ 2 for £2.50 like last week. More package shrinking ripoffs

They still had the Diet Coke bottles sized @1.75l offer but put a big gap of 6 and 8 can packs between them so people might miss the difference in size.

No farmfoods close to where we are. Given its at a few chains makes me wonder if thats also a conscious strategy by Coke to move stock before prices go up.

They are reducing the size from 1.75l to 1.5l very soon anyways - see the link in my OP where they mention that - something to do with keeping the impact of the sugar tax low.

They do it every spring, very clever bit of "not enough stock to go around" routine, the lowest it has been (( not on a stupid I found 3 boxes at 1p deal find! )) is 22p and that lasted about a day! They cannot obviously fix the prices to the wholesalers who then re-supply the chains, but I bet there are a few bonuses here and there to help smooth the palms of bulk buyers!

Great way to destroy your health.

So is going outside in the London smog, but I still do it!
Heat - but still doesn't beat 48 cans for £3.99 deal I saw at Tesco in 1997

Heat. These are perfect for removing the rust around my metal shed and also concrete blobs off my slabs. Alot cheaper than those more expensive chemicals.

haha - i was wondering why a comment like that hadn't popped up yet - thanks coz now the wait is over
Alot of the fizzy drinks will be smaller sizes and cost the same as the big size you would get. So 1.75l Coke is going to 1.5l and 8 pack cans going to 6 packs cans but same price. Their suppose to be increase April 5th due to sugar tax

Did you stock up and still drinking them?
Sorry to post a comment like this but I shop at Asda a lot - the Bristol Filton retail park one to be exact!

30 for £7.50 is the standard price. It's a great deal and deserves the heat. From a couple comments, though, I get the impression some think this price is exceptional. I can't say for definite maybe I've been lucky but I shop there every week or two. Is it usually dearer?

I drink nothing but fizzy drinks, have done for years. I have no decay on my teeth at all - because I have no teeth!
Hasn't it always been this price?

In the Asda that we have nearby this isn't the standard price - we also have Tesco and Sainsbury closeby and they are also not usually this price - can't say for everyone but for me and the area I am in - this is a very good price, one at which I always stock up.

Not in my vicinity atleast - I wish it was, but alas!
Very good deal, good for a party or occasion or when you’ve got a few mates around. Not good if you live alone or are a coke addict

I once brought these for this price and had them all in two week I was sick as hell

I stick to buying one when I’m out now when the chance comes

What's best to drink, something that removes rust or something that rusts?

I never tried fart infused water, but I don't mind Pepsi Max.
It’s been this price in Morrisons online for months, was as low as £7 at one point.

ah cool, fair enough
Seems to be a supply problem at ASDA they have not had any of the regular coke 30's for 3 weeks now near me. They have even take it off their website, yet they have multiple pallets of the diet stuff.
