I had a chat with them a few days ago and it is for new contracts only and you won't be able to transfer your number over.
Sounds Good
So plusnet basically give the same coverage as Virgin?
Ordered. Not a bad price for allowance anyway but £20 voucher sweetens the deal.
Nice one op.

Yes as they both use EE network.

Good, so I can call virgin and threaten to leave.
Be careful with these rolling contracts. I had one with three. I intended to use it for a month till my phone line was put in. It cost £18 and what they don't tell you is that if you want to cancel you should do it the day you sign up cause they charge you again for another month as soon as it starts. I didn't and they ended up charging for 3 months. After my end date came they blocked the sim, so I was paying for a sim I couldn't even use. For 2 months plus they charged £20 for the last payment.
I hope Asda are better than these thieves three.

They weren't stopping were they
Yes, 30 days normally means 30 days notice, so unless you give notice on day 1 you will be charged for the second month. I'm not sure if you would be able to have a refund though for the partial month, that can depend on the terms and conditions.

Also does this mean that you can only give notice after day 14 in which case you would have to pay for at least 45 days?
Already signed up to Plusnet great service and very fast 4G currently getting 5GB data unlimited texts and calls for £10 .33083786-Cd8Jz.jpg

Yes your "locked mobile to EE network" will work fine with Plusnet as uses the EE Network.

That's what I done, been with virgin mobile for 10 years, they wouldn't beat or match plusnet deals, they didn't believe it was as cheap as I told them, they asked what can they do to keep me as a customer, simple beat or match the plusnet deal, they refused, I also had 3 other contracts with virgin, so I switched them all, saved over £30 a month.
Can I buy 10 activate them all and then recieve my 200 pound of vouchers and cancel them so I get 200 pound of vouchers for 90 pound?
On Argos there's a deal about freedom pop too its only 30 days so if I want to cancel do I need to cancel it straight after receiving the sim ? Also it mentions cancel any time ???
Been offered a EE retention deal.

Unlimited Mins & Txt 6gb Data £9.99 12mth contract.

How does this sound?

For not needing a PAC code and keeping EE it's not bad. BT mobile (also EE) have offered cheaper but only after factoring in cashback

It will work fine. I have a Chinese Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 and moved from EE to PlusNet Mobile this week. No problems as they use the same Network and Baseband frequencies.

What was the outcome on this? Was considering going for the 3Mobile deal as signal isn't great at my house and 3 allow you to run calls through your WiFi. Also £50 voucher rather than £20 like this deal.
Can they really out the contract up by £2 a month after you sign up? Can you leave if they do that?
How long does it take to get the Argos e voucher and can it be spent on anything?
