It's back! Someone posted a similar deal a few weeks ago, but it's expired now via that link.

I couldn't find the same deal on iD's site, but you can get to it via the link below from Techradar. Available in Shockproof and rollover plans.

If you want, you can still get cashback on these special referral deals.

1) Go to IDMobile via Quidco (or your choice of cashback site).
2) Copy and paste the direct URL (below) into your browser and click go to get this deal.

Remember, if you click the direct link above or go through Techradar, someone else gets the commission.

Great deal BTW

The same sim deal was available directly through ID a couple of weeks ago - hotukdeals.com/dea…967

That's expired now, and this is the only way to get the same deal currently.

Thanks for the cashback heads up - just to check I am correct - you go to idmobile on chosen cashback site after signing in - then paste your link into browser after you have clicked through to merchant via cashback button????? or before???????

It might not matter, but to be on the safe side, paste the link after - so once you're already on the merchant site. I have done this many times and has always worked.

Called them up earlier enquiring about this about deal and was told that also this offer did exist last month, it is no longer available and that if you applied it would do a credit check however you will not get a sim or email confirmation confirming that you have signed up?

watch their credit checks !!!

Called again today and was told by a manager that the deal 100% doesn't work anymore and it is a error on techradars part for showing said deal, strange as it even shows on id's checkout on their own website...

I spoke to someone this morning after ordering yesterday (not me personally). Don't know what you are going on about. They confirmed the deal wasn't available on the website, but also that they have a number of special offers active via different affiliates. If you place an order you will get the sim (unless you fail any checks they may run).

Techradar aren't just showing a deal, they have exclusive rights to it. They only posted that page up 3 days ago. So, unless there's been a massive falling out between the two parties (even then it's still in their best interest to honour), the deal is on.

Calling BS on your comments. Makes me wonder why you are trying to put people off?

I don't understand why you are at coming at me so aggressively? but regardless, i'm not trying to put anyone off the deal as I'm, MYSELF, trying to get the same deal (recently canceled my sim only deal with virgin) and called them up to make sure the deal was active and was told by a sale rep and a manager that the deal was no longer apparent and it is a error on behalf of techradar.

The manager i spoke to told me that, yes they do offer techradar and uswitch promotion offers but this one defo is not one of them. I am going by what i was told by the manager who was adamant this deal no longer exist, i even raised this thread on HotUkDeal's with him....

'Calling BS on your comments. Makes me wonder why you are trying to put people off' - ??? What's that about? me sharing my experience trying to achieve this deal is '****'? okay...

I didn't mean to come across that way, sorry. To me it doesn't make sense so it sounds like BS, and whether that's from them being clueless I don't know. If they did say that, then common sense should tell you that they are being a bit silly.

You posted the same sentiment twice despite the fact you can quite easily order it, so why did you phone up? Just order it if you want it

We ordered yesterday, email confirmation received, and Quidco tracked

Expired. Shame. Was a great deal.
