30 free minutes to any UK network for the next 3 months - T Mobile

To say thanks for being a T-Mobile customer we're giving you an exclusive offer of 30 free minutes to any UK network for the next 3 months.

To get your free messages text the word 'MIN1' to 441 (for free) within the next 7 days and we'll add 30 minutes to your account.

We'll send you a text to let you know when your minutes have been added.

You'll then receive your next 30 minutes each month for 3 months until you've received 90 minutes in total. We'll send you a text to let you know when these minutes have been added.

All you need to remember is to use your free minutes within 30 days of receiving them.

Your free minutes can be used for calls to customers of any UK mobile network and to UK local or national numbers starting with 01, 02 or 03 (this doesn't cover Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man). If you have a Mates Rates 5 Day Pass and you call a T-Mobile mate, then your Mates Rates 5 Day Pass minutes will be used first.

Im on payg and says its unavilable to me, so will be the person sent to only

5 out 5 PAYG sims and no go for me

This looks like a Together Reward. You have to sign up for them through your T-Mobile account online (left hand column once logged in). Then if you qualify (I think there must be a £10+ spend per month) they will send you a new reward option every 3 months to choose from.

This is specific to you and useless to others if that's the case.

sorry that it's not working for most of you. I am on PAYG and in Everyone package. I got a message from T mobile on this. checking the website, it claimed to give free minutes. And it worked fine... infact i could see my balance stating 30 free minutes to any network.

Not sure wats the constraint T mobile has put in !!!

to add... I have not topped up using £10. I topped up a week back for just 5 pounds. so I dont think it is related to any top ups.

I get these messages and emails from T Mobile all the time, but if I needed extra texts or minutes I would be on a contract with more minutes and texts.

Of course, that's the whole point. T Mobile can pretend they're rewarding their customers by giving them something they don't need. That way, it costs them nothing. Or am I just an old cynic?

They could maybe try training their CS staff, or at least teach them English. That would be reward enough.
