When my Son was in and out of Kings College hospital, using Just Park saved me a huge amount of money. I'd recommend them.

some of that doesnt make sense

if you de-activate your parking space then no one can rent it anymore so I dont understand this "repeatedly told justpark that I am not doing this anymore" qoute

also as far as your car space renters "regulalrly damaging" your car then why didnt you stop renting your space as soon as the first damage incident occured ?

If it were me then I would have either immediately de-activated my rental space or if possible made arrangements so my car couldnt be "damaged" again

Also Justpark will have terms of service that you signed up to when you started renting your space & where liability lies when damage/theft etc... occurs to EITHER party (& IMO its much more likely damage will occur to the car of the person whos doing the renting)

If theyve breached those terms of service & they have insurance they can use to compensate you then you can take them to the small claims court but how you prove the renter did the damage sounds problemic to me unless you have CCTV evidence

Also if you have your own car & house insurance then the damage may be covered by those policies

BTW Ive rented my space & never had a problem but then I dont have a car that can be "damaged" - the only thing I objected to was their hidden fees - they only tell you the fees you pay & dont disclose that the renter also pays fees as well so they make quite a bit more than immiediately apparent

Fair enough, I've only experienced one side of it, as a user, and it's only ever been a positive one. As a supplier of spaces I can imagine it can be a different story, and if I'd been you, I'd be saying the same!

david cameron isn't standing in this election
Anything that encourages people to vote is, on balance, good - even if you only vote #noneoftheabove

It might be a silly question but can you tell whether just park have charged these vehicles or whether people have found the space on their site and conned you and just park?

I use Just Park for renting out my driveway. Not going to lie it works wonders for me. No issues. Then again I have CCTV around my house so any damage would get reported back to Just Park. Everyone has different issues when it comes to using Just Park or any other website/service.
Gonna vote for uncle Trump x

Lol, your post bout the "monster loony party" directly below "sleepycoyotes" gif made me chuckle
Thanks for posting. We have added your thread to the Highlights section
My polling station (a church) has it's own free car park. The nearest this link shows is a single random driveway a 12 min walk away that involves crossing a dual carriage way. Fantastic.
Cold from me... Jump on your bike or walk... Polling stations are local to your home right? If not your a farmer.
Such annoying and mental stress parking restrictions and money minting by government / councils, I have only seen in UK. Other than that Probably in Manhattan USA.
