Another ad from plusnet rather than a found deal in anywhere else you have to put it’s an advert won’t be long before this sort of thing has to be done on here.

Can anyone tell me what's the best deal for a o2 or Vodafone signal? Can be MVNO. Looking for best value under10£
Soooo. Do Plusnet PR dept just have a direct line to HKUD staffers?
avoid Plusnet
Good let the mods do the work! If they feel they are special because of some voting system then let them get on with it.
Ok, so it's an advert - but I'd rather be notified of a great deal rather than missing out!

Did you miss the Black Friday deal to upgrade to 6gb? I've already upgraded twice now on my £10 deal.

Makes me wonder if there will be any more possible upgrades in the future.
Which network do they run on?
I got the Virgin deal only catch 12 month contract.
They are absolutely brilliant got there £5 deal this Black Friday and no complaints.
Getting problems sending texts recently on plusnet. You can have 4 bars out of 5 and it will not send them after a while maybe an hour later it will be fine. Never had the problem before

That'll be a no from me then. Unfortunately took a BT deal and struggle to get web pages to load around most of Glasgow, despite have 4g in most places. Save if I do to 3g.
Dire network, cheers for the heads up

Available to new and existing customers signing up at plus.net/mob…c17 or by calling Plusnet between 19th December 2017 and 3rd January 2018.

You can also do it over web chat but may need to be transferred to customer services as sales may not be able to help you as an existing customer.
Thanks Thar.

Not sure where you were but there are 3 of us in the same position with different phones. Even in the city centre it's awful. At Queen St Station it barely loads and Spotify stops and starts.

that could be a temporary issue with BT itself, we have 2 x ee and 1 x plusnet contracts. 4g coverage and speed on all of them have been very good in Greater Glasgow area.

Been since Sept and BT insist it's our phones. 3 phones which are all fine on o2. Only on BT do we have an issue.
Plusnet on EE is great, I moved from o2 and love it
Damn I just changed last month with them to 3.5GB of data, 2000 mins and unlimited text for £9. Don't know if I can go through the bother of switching again.

First they messed me around telling me I was giving them the wrong information despite their website telling me this was the correct information. That took 3 calls before I could get past the security questions.

Then on the third call they finally sent me out a new 4G SIM full stop when the sim arrived I rang them up to activate a SIM switch and start the new plan, this appeared to work fine.

However when I got my information for the next direct debit I was being charged extra, customer services have refunded me however I don't want to go through this hassle again.
